Court fees

Hi,
My lawyer has obtained stay orders on an order passed by the Karnataka Wakf board. He's charging me 30000rs and justifying the charges as
1. Court fees
2. Notification fees to notify 16 respondents
3. Order copy fees.
Please help me out before I make the payment

You should have taken quotation / should have discussed before entrusting the case.
