CC No: 1574/2015 Miyapur Hyderabad Telangana. Here is my case summary. I am Suresh. I currently living in Hyderabad. My engagement was held on 20 June 2015 with one of my relative( sister in law). We used used talk every day till one month. On 02 Aug 2015, a person named Arun contacted and met me and gave 30 photographs which shows clearly that girl is having an affair with him. I denied to marry her. She filed these sections 417,493,506,323. After one year, I m convicted for one year SI and 5000 fine for 417,493,506 and 323. I m going for an appeal in District court. Previously I written same in forum. I did not get any correct solution. My contact number is 9052571805. Please suggest me in right direction.

You may approach in person a senior lawyer specializing in such/criminal matters with whole case record.
If you were innocent then apparently you have not been establish your innocence.
Your own lawyer that has examined whole case file can opine the best.
