Information about non-creamy layer

I have my OBC certificate , i need Non-Creamy layer certificate, what are the procudures are to be carried on for getting it?

You can get it by applying to the Sub-Division or Block office of Department of Schedule caste and Schedule Tribes/OBC. They would ask you to submit an Affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate and proof of category which you belong to and after investigation if they satisfied then they may issue an OBC Certificate.
