Divorce on account of desertion

what is the minimum period of seperation after which husband can file divorce petition due to wilful desertion by wife???

2 years if under Hindu Law.
Desertion means not by body but mind.
If your husband/ wife went Dubai for 3 years job contract, and had no physical relations,
IT IS NOT DESERTION.

bUT EVEN IF YOU ARE RESIDING IN THE SAME HOUSE/ ROOF, AND DO NOT TALK/ HV NO SOCIETY/ RELATIONS, IT IS DESERTION.

HOPE U UNDERSTAND..

DESERTION IS A STATE OF MIND.

ANS : 2 YEARS CONTINUE SEPN, AGAINST THE WILL/ VOLUNTARILY..
