'A' a person has built a farmhouse in his agriculture land which is very near to city limits. Now A wants to rent that farm house to earn some amount(rent for education institute, offices, NGO's, go-downs etc.)
1)Since the farmhouse is constructed in Agriculture land what steps & procedures A has to take with regards to government rules.
2)Whether A has to convert that Agriculture land into Non Agriculture land(N.A).
3)Where we can get appropriate information on this particular issue.

You can consult local Town planer office for details. Move application for conversion of land to non agriculture.

A farm house cannot be used for non agricultural purposes such as the one mentioned by u. It will be necessary for the owner of the house to get the land converted as NA land by applying to the collector under the Land Revenue Code. Violation of the Code may result in demolition of the house/penalties/prosecution.

CLU is a prime condition to use the farm house for non-agricultural purposes.
