Steps after warrant of possession

The Execution Court has passed order to issue the Warrant for Possession for delivery of Suit Property to us. (Copy of the same is yet to be received)

1. What Steps and precautions shall we take after this ?

2. Shall we wait for any revision petition is filed by JD in High Court ?

If court provides you physical possession over the suit property then you need to maintain it and insert it in all relevant documents of various agencies.

No executing court is obliged to keep execution in abeyance till remedy of appeal
or revision is utilised by Jd unless it is utilised and a stay is obtained against execution.
