Hi,
I was in love with a girl for the last 2 years,we both are from same office.
But I left to different place for one year and her behaviour was changed a lot and she started lying me for everything.
So I scolded her very badly one day night by sending messages witout sleeping all the night. saying that her character is bad thats why her body shapes were changed but these messages seen by her father and he said that he will lodge a strong complaint on me. I am afraid now.
That girl now changed completely, but I have some of our photos like we took pics like husband and wife. sitting close. what happens if her father books me under any case for abusing her.
I scolded her because she lied me and also I have proofs that she lied me and also she accpeted that she lied me. I want to marry her but as soon her father came to know about us, she is behaving as if i am disturbing her. i dont want to talk to her anymore, if police comes to me will they give me first warning anything like, please let me know

Dear sir many thanks for your reply.
I will forget her but if her father books a case on me then what can I do.
She will not support me if her father books a case on me. How to overcome such situation.
I didnt cheat in a relatio, she cheated me and she cried for that but in anger i scoleded her over mobile messages.
What will happen if love abuse a girl without cheating her

if her father has not immediately filed a complaint against you it is doubtful he will do so now . if at all her father files a complaint in your statement mention that you were in relation ship with her for long time that she had cheated you and in anger sent those messages . apologise for your behaviour

You have sent her unwanted messages which should have not been sent. You are at fault. Law favors females in such cases. If her father prefers to proceed against you, police may book you and proceed as per law and you have to face the legal action.
Since her father has not taken action till now it is possible he may not proceed, if you do not start your action. Don't try to misuse any snaps or any other thing of her left with you.
Better forget her and concentrate your career.

Any rash action without application of mind definitely results in negative impact sooner or later. She and her father can round you up in a legal tangle any time.
Your photos like husband and wife, without marriage, cannot help you in any way. That can also be interpreted in any way they or the police like.
So, the only course of action on your part is tendering of unqualified and unconditional apology for your offence, if you really want to save your skin.

I agree with Mr Dhingra. These photographs will give a handle to the police to seek your remand to investigate if you have similar photos with other ladies. Your poor dad may have to pay further bribe to avoid third degree on you.
If you and your parents beg for mercy (which may not be so easy) in court after registeration of case you may get it but there will be a record and such record can be used by your wife when she files DV case against you.

1. The basic mistake you have made is in your mind,
2. You have taken it for granted that since you have decided to marry her, you have got the right to abuse her, even before the marriage or without verifying whether she is also willing to marry you now or not,
3. Your such thought has been substantiated by your claiming that you have photographs of both sitting close like husband & wife,
4. You have committed a crime punishable as per Law for which her father has not yet lodged any police complaint. It is a relief uptill now,
5. Send an unconditional apology to his daughter to soften him. It may help.
