But he has sold property at peanuts rates. When stamp duty rate is 600/- and market rate is 2000/- , he has sold only for 40/- . Can i file criminal breach of trust. ?? what other action can be taken??

Its depends upon the contents of your power of attorney. If its formal power of attorney mean nothing can do against the transaction.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 31 August 2011
You can ask for the accounts only. You can also initiate criminal breach of trust on the POA.

You can not set aside the sale.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 31 August 2011
Agreed with Mr. Tom.advocate and Mr Arunagiri Advocate

No definitely the principal- you can do against your uncle.

One of the duties of the agent is not to make conflict of interest or to act against the interest of the principal which the POA holder has just done that thing in this case.

File a suit for declaring the sale deed as null and void. You have a very good case in hand.
