a person was living in the govt. site for past 4 decads and having water connection, E.B.connection. the entrance of the house is meet to the main road. The adjacent side person have a road for meet the main road. She filed the eviction for my client. It is maintaneble?

Query lacks necessary information, however electricity bills , water bills, and pocession does not constitute owner ship rights over the property.Suit filed by the neighbour is maintainable.

she cannot file a suit for eviction. Because his occupying land is vested to Government. it is called in tamil PORAMBOKE LAND. The owner of the land only to take action to evict him otherwise the suit is not maintainable.
