Decree for divorce to file within 1 year

Under Hindu Marriage act, decree for divorce has to be filed after one year of marriage . But there are certain exceptions to file within one year. What are all the exception for the wife/husband to seek leave of the Court to file petition within one year?

Unless you tell your hardship we can not categorise if it is exceptional or not.

Otherwise to guess it may be voluminous.
