To file a DP3 Petition[Writ Mandmus] is there any limit on No of Petitioners/Respondents

if no,

No. of Petitioners can be any one in the row from [A1 - AN]

and

No. of Respondents can be any one in the marriage ceremony

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to say what was wrong wtih my question

case is mine 498a [false fabricated]

I gave compliant to POLICE they did not take any cognizance on it till date.
