Cheque bounce reg

sir 2 days back we have given blank cheque pronotes and bond papers to get loan he told us he will bring the payment after 2 days he is not responding and his phone is switched off what we have to do ?if he miss uses the cheque please give me advise

You may apprise the bank of the factual position.

You may have to face trouble for giving blank documents duly signed. Send Registered notice with detail of documents (you have given) not to use such documents.

My suggestion is to give a police complaint that the documents have been lost (duly listing them).That could save U from misuse.
