Can private complaint may convert into fir ?

Respected all,

I have filed private complaint u/s 417, 420 of IPC and evidence of prosecution before proceeding already completed.

Opportunity was provided to the Accused to settle the matter with the permission of the court but they denied.

Can I file application in court to direct police to register FIR ?

plz guide, I am attending proceeding as In-person.

No, it can not be converted into FIR anymore. Proceed with this case.
