How can I create a e- will
whether it is valid.
should it be signed with digital signature
how it can be registered.
should I inform the beneficiery about the e-will.

My turnover is less than the threshold limit of Rs.20 lacs as prescribed by GST
I understand that I need not go for GST Registration.
But to get business,
I need to submit vendor registration, where GST Number is mandatory;
Thus should I need to get GST registration even though my turnover is less than Rs.20 lacs and comply with all provisions.in GST like filing returns (Nil returns ) etc.and charge no GST on my bills etc.
the present situation is like this. ... - If I have GST number I will get business or not..

I will be getting married shortly. But there is a problem. Its the to be mother in law. She said she wants to test me. Earlier to this her daughter said the same and she ended up having sxe with me. Now I am in doubt, my to be mother in law also wants to have sxe with me? In this case how to handle this? Please guide. Many thanks.

I want to know that in 3dpdp act if chargesheet is filled in the lok adaalat and also case is settled with a minimal fine, Is we are going to be ineligible for any govt. Job

I was working in an engineering college in Telengana as an Assistant professor . But because of delay in payment I left the organisation on March 31st 2019 with all proper formalities. It was informed me that they wil pay my pending salary ( feb+march 2019) after 1 month. But since then they are keeping me pending. What I can do in this case for getting my salary ?

I had filed a suit for Rs. 3600000/- being receivable against a debtor the judgement came in my favor. The accused in the given case filed before the sessions court after having lost before THE MM COURT. the accused than at the sessions court failed to pay the min amount and hence the sessions court ordered for issue of conviction warrant.
The conviction warrant is still not executed means that the person is unreachable. He had filed an appeal before the HC seeking stay against the conviction warrant.
The date was supposedly on 03.09.2019. However today the date changed from 03.09.2019 to 28.01.2020. the next date at sessions court is 24.09.19. The R AND P IS HELD at the MM COURT due to non execution of conviction warrant . Request you to kindly guide whether this case will go ahead on 24.09 or the time will be wasted.

We have General Power of Attorney signed duly with photos and thumb impression and NOTARIZED but NOT REGISTRED. We are group of residents in conflict with promoter cum builder of housing complex.
Is this POA admissible in any civil court in Maharashtra for filing civil suite?

I am from Assam, my tenant has been staying for last 30 yr a shop rent.
On the heart of main city paying rent only RS 1500per month and agreement is doing for 1Year.
I have asked to increase it to Rs 4000pm and renewal of agreement within 11 month.
But the tenant has not agreed and threaten me to do what can I do.
So i want to know what are the option available before me??
