Can a Non-registered society or association apply for PAN card?

Dear sir private bank issued credit card to me in 2010 I was in to job that time after that suddenly I lost my job I was not able to pay my card outstanding now almost 9 years latter bank has given me advocate notice to pay outstanding amount that is almost 4 th time higher amount as per my card limit what should I do I m job less not able to pay as per bank advocate notice if I will not pay within 7 days thay will file suit against me under मप्र शोध्यराषि वसूली अधिनियम 1987 प्ल्ज़ हेल्प to solve this problem

My grandmother has a 11 acres of land and she has 3 children 2 female 1 male
Now the son of my grandmother had died and he is married how the land is divided??? The other two were born want that land in there names

I've given my caste name as jangama in my sslc, pre University & degree in Bangalore University. The problem is in my caste category the caste name is Telugu Jangama how can I change it please help me out. And my father's TC is being missed due to tsunami.please help me out as soon as possible

Dear Member,
I want to know If any one register any brand name in TM ( as individual ). Brand is register now.
He can transfer that brand name to other person. its is possible and after transfer he don't have right to use that brand because he transfer to other person.
If possible what is the process

I wish to sell my apartment in mumbai.The society is refusing to give noc unless a transfer fee of 10lac is paid to them. The fees is guised as a donation. They say its passed in the annual General meeting and is a policy since 10 years amd all outgoing members have complied. My purchaser needs a noc for bank loan.

Sir actually we have been married since february 2020,wife has stayed with me and my parents for 3 days and stayed for 20 days in my village,she has gone to her home since june early and not returned,she has blamed my mother and myself and thats why we had verbal fights over phone and their family has used very fowl words for my entire family
We have not had any contact since 5 months now.
Actually i did not want to live with her anymore,so what should i do,go for rcr or divorce,as they are threatening us to file false cases
There have been no news from their side and they are pressing me to leave my parents and settle there which i have denied

Process ramp down
Hi I am working one of BPO which is ramp down and they informed on 20th before 10 days and they are not poviding any compensation on it. They are asking to attend the interview in some other process. Could you please let me know. Is there any legal way to get compensation as they informed just 10 days ago and they are providing salary for the same month till i work...please let me know if any legala action can be taken on it
