When i was in 2nd semester of my college in B. Tech, i got UFM in exams and my theory subjects were canceled( and was awarded F) and i had to appear again in supplementary exams after 2 months for theory subjects with other students who were failed in that exams.
I was not debered deberred, i am completing my course with my other classmates ( i was punished to appear again in that semesters final theory exam only and it was UFM of category B in which students are supposed to appear theory exams again).
Right now I'm in 4th year and can it create any difficulty for me to appear in govt exams like SSC, UPSC and Bank exams?
Also also they ask if you were deberred by university, which i was not, i was just punished to appear in the exam again and what should i mention ?

My brother had received handsome money from Land Acquisition office but he denied to give any penny to me . I am the youngest daughter of my died parents. My question is that either i can claim or not.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My neighbor one month ago wrote with paint "Khandelwal Sadan and his Mobile no"on the common wall (Shamlati Deewar executed on Rs 500/-notarized and witnessed stamp paper) of my side attached with my house main gate forcefully. One will clearly understand me khandelwal(Khandelwal is a cast of vaishya/mahajan) and my house 'Khandelwal Sadan' whereas I am Agrawal (Agrawal is an other cast of vaishya/mahajan).
Can I have exclusive rights of my side in this regard ?
Can I file a complaint at Police Station, and Will Police take action of getting it erased or not ?

Sir, my wife is qualifying for govt exams. She belongs from scheduled caste and I'm from OBC.
I'm confused for her documents like her caste certificate, will it be change Or not.

Good evening sir/Ma'am,
I am Purva Singh. I enrolled in B.Ed. 2016 to 2018 from Chaudhary Ranveer Singh University Jind,under Haryana College of Special education.I cleared all the semester.
Due to financial issues, I was not able to pay the full fee of the college. But now I want my certificate and also request the Director to make few installments of the leftover fee amount and issue at least the marksheet, so that I can apply for a job anywhere.
But they are not responding w, nor picking up calls.
Please suggest with suitable step towards getting this.

Will has been probated by court with allocation of assets defined in the will. The bank account of the deceased has not been nominated but will states the asset to the successor. There is executioner stated in the will. Will the bank proceed to deposit the amount in the executioner bank account or willed individual account

My father received a notarised GPA from the plot owner in the year 1993 by paying 28,000 for 2 sites (4500 square feet) in KR Puram (Kodegehalli ) Bangalore. In several days by the time my father adjusted money for registration, that particular plots survery number was under case and it took 15 yrs to clear that court case. Our plot owner only won the case. Once my father reached him to do registration he was like i will do in some months please wait. As that plot owner was my father s friend my father believed him blindly and have paid the property tax on GPA till date and its in my fathers name only. Always when ever my father reached him he used to tell same thing please wait for some months, now its been 27 yrs since my father purchased the property on GPA and 10 yrs after he won the case. Before 3 months me and my brother came to know this stories and started doing research on that plot and we came to know that 2 plots is sold to some other person in the year 2011 and now they have constructed building in one site and another one is vacant still. When we reached that plot owner he is telling what you were doing keeping GPA these many yrs and he told he can pay only 84,000 (3 times of 28,000) rupees for which 1.8 crore value property in todays rate. He is having lots of property in same area and other areas in Bangalore and Kolar. We asked him to give plot any where in Karnataka but he is not willing for that and states he is under debt so cant help us, what ever you want you do, i am helpless. Also we came to know that plot owner has cheated many people same like this for my Fathers collegues. My father is 68 yrs and owners age is more than 70yrs. I have read in google in 1993 registered GPA was not compulsory, if it was notarised it was enough. Now my question is notarised GPA valid or not as we have not registered the document? If we put case will it stand? How long the case may go as both parties are aged? Will we get justice for this? Please suggest me what can be done as we are financially not strong to spend more money.

U/s Sec 498A of DV Act & 4&6 of DP Act case was filed against husband, husband' father, mother, sister and uncle in 2015. now wife and husband filed mutual consent petition in family fast track court. but husband's mother, sister and uncle could not present due to health problems for which medical certificate is produced.
any citations wherein some of the accused not present and allowed by the Court ?

IF Accuse wish to hire more then one lawyer in criminal case in theft case has he file different vakalatnama for each lawyer ? how many advocate accuse can hire for his case ?
