If someone is fined by police in the police station and filled 2/3 forms and a general diary is registered in his is it considered as his arrest?will this record stay in the police records or affects his or her govt job police verification?

Ok sir.

Sir actually I want to ask petty case like fine for non wearing mask of rupees 160 is under fine of court of law? As they signed me 2/3of forms and didn't give me any receipt of the fine will this case show in my record or make me in trouble in police verification in future? Will this fine show in my record...will this incident considered as arrest as they signed me 2/3forms? Please reply sir

It will not be considered as arrest.
I is a petty case where police will slap fine amount and let go the defaulter.
It may not reflect in the polie records especially for character and antecedents verification report sought for employment purpose.
