JOB Role- SBI CBO.
SBI has withdrawn my offer of appointment to the post of CBO in this correction I would like to represent as under...
1. I had cleared the written test of SBI CBO and I had called for an interview and DV on 17-02-2021. They had verified all our documents like educational certificates, character certificates, Kyc, present employer ID card, present employer offer of my appointment, KYC. But at the time of interview we are not asked for CIBIL report.
2. After completion of the successful interview I had called for a second round of Documents Verification on 12-03-2021 at that time we were asked to bring CIBIL report, Character certificates As per SBI format, Medical test fitness report and documents which we had not submitted at the time of interview.
They had verified all documents with the CIBIL report and asked me to clear my overdue against Education loan before joining the bank.
I had cleared my education loan amount on 26/03/2021 and it was updated in the cibil records also.
"After all this verification they had issued an offer appointment letter by taking undertaking of joining on 21/06/2021 and they had taken undertaking to submit resignation acknowledgement before 18/03/2021 with present employer I'd card, offer letter, salary slip."
(Please find attachment of undertaking letter this format was handed out by SBI HR team to the entire candidate who were joining on 21/06/2021.)
I was rechecked with HR that day for extension time to submit resignation acknowledgement, they were told no extension time it has to be submitted before 18-03-2021.
As per their communication I had submitted my resignation on 15th March 2021 and submitted the resignation acknowledgement to SBI LHO Bangalore on same day.
My resignation is approved and after that on 29-03-2021 at 9.55 pm SBI Bangalore LHO had sent me mail stating your offer of appointment has been withdrawn by seeing that I was shocked and heartbroken.
We were asked resigned from current job and at the same time here also our appointment has been withdrawn now I am standing without job, if I was informed as I was rejected at the time interview DV, or second round of DV or before issuing offer letter or before asking our resignation acknowledgement i would have been continued our Carrier with current organization and taken care of my family with current job...
Now I am standing without a job , yes I accept I had an issue in my CIBIL because of family issues but I was not intentionally defaulter my CIBIL score now it's 733 and my educational loan is STD from March 2021.
My concern is if my rejection was informed before taking undertaking of my resignation acknowledgement...
I would have a job in my hand and take care of my family...

The office where I have to file an application says that I have to duly authenticate and verify all the documents. What is the procedure for that? Will writing certified to be true copy on photocopied documents and signing below it suffice?
My case running in court is never called out. And latter new date is uploaded online. Where can I complain against the staff for this.?

My father had created a will in favor of my elder brother in the year 2010, stating that all my property belongs to my elder brother, the Will is not registered, now my elder brother has mutually created an agreement that we will distribute the property among us equally in the year 2018.
the mutual agreement was created on A4 size paper with 4 withness signed so according to the law will we both get an equal share in the property or the mutual agreement has zero value in the eyes of law?

I would like to know the procedure for Deletion of the 2nd name (due to death) from the Share Certificate of a Co. op. Housing Society. The Share Certificate of a Co.op Housing Soc. has two names as per the agreement. 1st Name Husband, 2nd name Wife. My wife died due to a Heart Attack. so her name is to be deleted from the Share Certificate. There is no addition of any name in the share certificate.

in section 35(1A) it is written that "The State Bar Council may, either of its own motion or on application made to it by any person interested......" who all are included in 'person interested' and is their any supreme court judgement in which court explain the meaning of 'person interested'

THE ADOPTION DEED WAS CREATED ON WHITE PAPER IN THE YEAR 1951 . THE SAID DEED CONSISTS OF THREE ATTESTED WITNESSES , ADOPTIVE PARENTS SIGNATURES (BOTH FATHER AND MOTHER ) AND WRITER SIGNATURE IS ALSO PRESENT BUT NEITHER THE ADOPTED FATHER NOR ADOPTED MOTHER(i.e NATURAL PARENTS SIGNATURES ARE NOT IN THE SAID DEED) SIGNATURES ARE PRESENT IN THE SAID DEED.
Q1. WITHOUT THE SIGNATURES OF THE NATURAL PARENTS THE EXECUTION OF THE WHITE PAPER DEED IN THE YEAR 1951 IS VALID OR NOT? IF NOT HOW TO PROVE THIS BY EVIDENCE ACT PLS PROVIDE SECTIONS REGARDING EVIDENCE ACT AND VALID CONTRACT AGREEMENT SECTIONS.

I hv bought underconstrucion flat linked with construction method of the builder and at the time of sale they hv informed me that axis bank apf number is under process and they get it very soon even in broucher they hv mentioned axis bank name as under process banking partner and home loan provider now I hv done registration of Flat and builder are sending demand notice as per schedule I hv sent many emails asking builder to give apf number but evertime they informed me that it is under process and they will get it very soon now buikder has sent me demand letter but it is not possible to pay from my own funds even I hv given sanction letter of axis bank to builder and in my case only axis bank is giving me higher amount now what should I do pl help
Boss wants exit from company
Please guide me on this corporate employee related matter. It is evident that due to pandemic scenario business and workings of all employee had been adversely effected. Still he tried to cope up well with scenario and gave his level best. At the time of yearly appraisal where he can be given such rating so that he can be at least retained in the company, his boss, to setlle his grudges and utilising his chance of finally taking his revenge, he gave him worst appraisal feedback so that he would be exited from the company. Please advice.
