I am residing in a big residential apartment in Madurai. I am owner of a flat. There was a big quarrel incurred between me and a tenant
who is residing in another block and came to this apartment only 5 months back. I have lodged complaint against that person with police station. The Inspector called both of us for investigation. I had been to police station. To my great surprise, my counterpart came to the police station accompanying the secretary of the association to the police station for his support. It is clearly mentioned in the Bye-laws of the association as "TO BELIEVE THAT ALL ARE EQUAL IN THE EYES OF BYE-LAWS'.
At this movements I would like to point out certain information. Two months back I have sent one circular to all residents of the enclave regarding assn. president's misconduct, corruption and illegal activities. In order to vengeance on me, the secretary came to the police station to give false information against me and supporting my counterpart petitioner. Is this correct, acceptable as per law?
Can I file suit against that assn. secretary in the court? Or what action can be taken against him? Pl help me in this regard.
In conclusion of the inquiry, the Inspector
of Police informed to the secretary of the assn. in future if any quarrel happened between residents in the enclave, it should be disposed only by the assn. itself and not to come to the police station. Is this correct as per law? How I can expect a fair investigation/justice from these secretary and president? Then what for police station, law and court? Pl advise me in this regard.

recently my younger brother was travelling through bihar region , he is 18 and was pretty much unknown about the law of not sitting at the gate of the coaches in train, so he sat dere with listening music via earphones for 5 to 10 mins and then 2 police persons came and abused so offensively and harshly to him and when he made earnest appeals that i wont repeat it any further then the policemen became silent so my brother thought the matter is at end and again started using headphones by going away, at this instance policemen again got enraged and slapped him hardly twice on face and asked for 200 fine and heavily intimidated by dragging him physically for putting him into jail but he felt prostrate before them and they finally left my brother. after this instance, he is so frightened. what to do, in which court, what plea please suggest. i wish the worst for those bastards. a detailed view please. i beseech you all.

A CASE IS PENDING UNDER PWD ACT(PROTECTION OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE 2005).
MEANWILE THE INLAWS(HUSBAND AND HIS FAMILY MEMBERS) ARE PLANNING TO SELL METREMONIAL HOUSE AND TO SHIFT SOMEWERE ELSE.
SO THAT WE BECAME UNABLE TO TRACE THEM.
THEY ARE ALREADY NOT PAYING THE AMMOUNT OF MENTAINENCE AWARDED BY COURT AS AN INTERIM ORDER.
AND USED SOME WRONG WORDS IN COURT ROOM IN FRONT OF MAGISTRATE. ie AS THEY GIVE SOME AMMOUNT OF CHARITY TO WIFE INSPITE OF MENTAINENCE,AND SOME HUMILATING WORDS.

Sir, One my tenant had lodged one complaint to local police station that one glow sign board of his shop room has been damaged and stolen, based on his complaint police came to my residence for field investigation on the very day of my marriage reception while the fact is local municipality has removed , destroyed and took off the GSB after lodging diary at police station vide lodging proper GD( I obtained those information i.e. certified copy of the GD ,through RTI, at this juncture would it be worthy to file defamation suit against my tenant since stamp to be provided @ 0.5% of claim amount , is there good merit to win the case.

We are 2 brothers, 4 sisters and 1 mother alive now.
2 brothers already deceased.
Brother 1 deceased has a widow and a daughter. No will left.
Brother 2 deceased has no widow or child. No will left.
Brother 1 & 2 both got there share of property from my father's property. ( my father bought that.)
Now how will the property of both the deceased brother's will be further divided among the rest living.

joined a pvt ltd co. In march 16 2013.through an offer from consultant, Recvd 15 days salary on 10th june further worked 1month april cheque salary bounced and cleared through NEFT after 15 days. No salary in may till july, no notice only oral dissatisfaction one day in july co. mobile disconnected and after co. Created email id. In october reinstatement letter and justification asked,by adv. Now 19th may labour off. Giving letter in marathi stating they are closing due to non appearance.
