i have my birth certificate in marathi as i was born in bhayender,thane. i want my birth certificate in english.whom can i approach.

Consult the concerned registrar of births etc.

You can get the translated copy from authorized translator if it works.

you can get official translation as true copy. Most places still give certificate only in ONE language.

It is better to get translated into English through an official translator and if need be, get it notarized.

Nowadays the office of Registrar of Birth & Death do issue birth certificate in State language as well as in English so beter to obtain it from there in original shape.
