Industry is SICK going to lockout. Please give the details procedure with relevant forms and procedures.

As per your profile, you being HR professional, you are supposed to know the detailed procedure and related forms.

Is your company going to declare lockout?

Also, have you consulted the company secretary of your company on the issue, what is his response? If he is incapable to provide nrecessary advice, your company can well afford to hire some expert on the issue locally.
