I have miss placed some acknowledged copies of documents submitted to police. But have zerox copies of the same. Can I submit the zerox copies as evidence in the MMs Court? Pl. help and suggest a way.

We are residents of Telangana (Hyderabad). My father self owned property is to be shared between me and my brothers.
A will is made by him and he is alive now.
After his demise, is probate and registration is necessary ? also explain the procedure to get the letter of administration(conveyance).

Today a policeman came to our house in afternoon. but as no men was there at home the S.I spoke to our mother and went by taking phone no. Of my father. Around 8pm that police S.I called and asked my father to come to police station. When visited to police station S.I says that someone 'A' in 2004 took loan of Rs. 2000 from 'B'. person C is said to be surety. Policeman S.I is saying that they got our address from the loan giver B. According to police C who was a auto driver gave surety to B on behalf of A and that C was tenant at our house. Policeman just have a rough paper with our address written by hand. They want us to show the house of C whom we dont know. Police is not giving any detail about who was A & B..They are not showing any case file but just S.I is saying to show the adress or talk to circle inspector. I feel that this is just a fake issue to get some bribe from us. We are a decent and respected truthful educated family...please advice what should we do now? in 2004 if someone give surety and filed a case then it will be valid till now? there was no such autodriver tenant at our home any time, how we can reply? Should we give bribe and just close this matter (we dont want to give but police may torture us using different ways)?

During the year 2011, some villagers request me that they want request the Govt for construction of jeepable road in the village for which my NOC is also required to before they present the request to Govt. Accordingly, I gave NOC on the condition that the width of the road should not be more than 15 ft.
Later on the govt approved the road but I come to know that the road is not going to connect anywhere beyond my land. So I request the District Collector that since the road is not going to be connected anywhere beyond other end of the paddy field thus the road may be ended at the starting point of my plot only instead of taking it to other end within my plot.
The work was then stopped for few months but when I transferred to another district later on someone informed me that with the nexus of nearby villagers and Contractor they construct 15ft wide katcha road from one end to another end of my field using JCB.
Infact I have no objection in constructing 15ft wide road as per the NOC given in 2011 but I have not been given land compensation of the road. The authority has not acquired the land as per law What to talk of Land compensation.
What I am planning is if I get land compensation that its OK but if the department do not pay compensation then I want to stop the acquisition.So where should I approach to claim for Land compensation.
My another question to the learned members is what would be the rate of compensation that I would get if authority gets ready to pay it. We adopt the Land acquisition act of Central Govt. in the State without any amendment.

I am a project staff, working since ten years in a government project & now overage to apply for another job. Many of my colleges jointly filed court case for regularisation base on sham on contract(my employer threatened me to terminate that's why I am not involved).
my questions are..
1.is it possible to join them after some court hearings ? if yes, what's procedure ?
2.whether I can take benefit of/use the judgement (if favourable),
is it applicable to all contract staff?
if not,then the time limit to file petition?

Dear all, please inform if a wife has filed a complaint against his father in law for ipc 354, for sexually harassment,, and because of which his husband is also in custody of the same section. 354, I need to in which way case can be withdrawn from court, by husband wife. And what are the consequences when withdrawing case. And can the case be withdrawn ?, please inform in detail.

I want to register one of my business name under trade marks so I want to know how I have to register and I have to further approach any advocate for that purpose and I have to pay fees for every year after registered and what I have to do of that name is already registered..so please guide me regarding this issue...

My brother was unneccessary dragged in an bike accident case in feb, 2014. despite no fault of his. He was not even driving speedingly. Still he bought the old man to hospital for his minor ear injury.
But Police filed FIR forcibly n bailed him after charging ₹3500
Now there is an Insurance case in MCAT going on, where the GREEDY old man has filed that he is deadly injured, thus imposing section 338 on my Brother.
Yday, my brother went for his first hearing against State and other party who wasnt there, where charge sheet was given to us. Judge didnt even see anything and again he had to pay bail of ₹5000/-. Our lawyer didnt utter a word and she kept saying, give money to this one and that one. I was wondering for what?
Again there is a hearing now in May, 2015. they made my Brother sign a bond saying, he will be present there whenever asked. He works on ship and is away for months to hard earn his bread.
I was wondering, nothing at all happened. My brother is a good human being, who helped but this wasnt considered at all. I m wondering, how long will this go on? As an honest common man, we dont have time and energy and money to waste 8 hours outside court every 3 months.
WHAT WILL BE OUTCOME OF THIS CASE? DOES MY 25 years old BROTHER HAS TO SUFFER LIFELONG FOR NO FAULT OF HIS? DOES HE HAS TO SACRIFICE HIS YOUTH IN COURT?
WHAT IF MY BROTHER IS AWAY FOR WORK AND CANT BE THERE FOR NEXT HEARING?
IS THERE A WAY TO END THIS?
Is Sec 279 a compoundable offence? If not removed, will he be declared Criminal life long?
We all are deeply stressed, please guide us.
