Why not, as a student, you can make adventures to gain personal experience.

But those adventures affecting my parents cool life sir. they are afraid of the laws which are favorable to women. upon to they stopped me , if we file cheating case against to them they may have a chance to place a wrong case against you and us ., but my strong feeling is we have enough evidences about their marriage without getting divorce from me.
sir if possible could you provide me under which section we can file case against to them.

One more important point is , she married a SC caste person . they threatening us we will file SC/ST case against you which is Non bailable .

Mr. Kris,

Making adventures with law and keeping cool of the family cannot go side by side. You will have to opt for one thing only. I don't prefer to subscribe to vague queries of students. No more suggestion is called for, as even if you file a cheating case against your wife, you cant desist them from filing a case, if they have threatened you about filing SC/ST case against you. Moreover, if they file such a case after you try to implicate them in legal tangle, how would you be able to keep cool of your family?

Appeal the order before HC on the grounds that no proper intimation was provided to you.

You have got divorce, forget the episode and move ahead in the life.

let your ex wife live in peace now . she has remarried . no need to file any complaint of cheating

1. your ex-wife's marriage with her beau, three month's of your own marriage, was void as per the HMA.

2. The new husband could have been tried for adultery. This would certainly have affected your and your family's cool besides the hassles of fighting an additional law suit.

3 As rightly advised by Shri Sethi ji, Live in peace and let live
