Property was purchased by my grandfather by his self earned money on her daughter's name(who is my mother . She is married and age 17) in 1985 and was kept by the grandfather for work. In 2008 grandfather passed away and the son of the grandfather forcefully took possession until 2011 when notice was served to him by my mother. A family deed settlement was made between my mother and her brother that mentions property was purchased by grandfather on mothers name with his own money which is being handed over to her and she shall have no other claim on any property on her father's name which was signed by my mother.
Now my mother has been served notice by her sister demanding share in that property that was purchased on her name in 1985 by my grandfather using his own earned money and showing family deed settlement between my mother and her brother as proof. The sister(my aunt) demanding share and has filed for injunction. What to do? She says as the property was purchased by grandfather with his own money she should get equal share

I am married man living separately from our parents since 2016 after mutual understandings. I am not taking any maintenance from them. Is it mandatory to include my parents income for applying to EWS certificate.

Can my husband exclude his parents income to apply for EWS certificate as we are living separately from them and they don't give us maintenance.

My mother's sister has been staying with us for the past 50 years. She is unmarried and 75 years old. Recently she left our house and started staying with a lady(40 years old) who is completely unrelated to our family. My mother's sister was showing some signs of mental issues before leaving our house. We had many times tried to get her examined by a psychiatrist before she left our house but she was not ready to co-operate with us. She was taking some anti-depressant medicine before leaving our house.
We believe that she is suffering from some mental illness that is the reason she left our house. The lady with whom she is living is now interested in grabbing land in her name and she will definitely leave my mother's sister to the streets after grabbing her properties. This lady is not allowing us to see our aunty.
Could you please help us to understand whom should we approach to get her examined by a psychiatrist and give her the proper required treatment.

we received a false cheque notice , the cheque was bounced and after receiving the intimation of the same, we after 16 days by way of RTGS made them a payment of cheque amount, they received it and accepted it , and still they have sent us 2 notices, one for under section 138 and second for cancellation of sale deed , against which said cheques were issued, as 138 cannot be applicable to us as they received and accepted the payment , now can we file any counter suit on him for sending wrong notice like defamation or any civil or criminal suit.
Kindly guide .

My wife married again & taking my 5 year son with her. I approach police to recover my son, she have given her remarriage photo to police & request not to disturb her.
She doesn't maintain my son & hide my son at unknown place.
Can I file for child custody before court ?
If I file child custody case, it may be ordered as ex-party. If such ex-party order is passed, could police recover my son & grant custody to me ???

My wife has filed 125 crpc one year back for self & daughter. It is her third application u/s 125 CRPC, earlier two applications are rejected by the court. Now the judicial magistrate ordered to pay additional Rs 2000 as interim maintenance & to pay maintenance amount granted to her under 24 HMA. I am paying as per 24 HMA.
I have applied for full / joint custody of my daughter in divorce petition which is pending for six years. High Court ordered to complete divorce proceedings preferably within next three months. It appears that District judge may not even grant joint custody. Even child visitation right did not granted to me till date without any reason, but district judge force me to bear all expenses for my daughter.
It seems courts wants to create more distance between me & my daughter.
In this condition when I cannot approach my daughter, I have stopped paying additional Rs 2000 which is ordered in 125 CRPC, for non payment of Rs 2000 warrant is issued against me.

When I am willing want to maintain my daughter, under which act court can force me to pay maintenance for my daughter ?
Can I pray before judicial magistrate (125 execution case ) that I since want maintain my daughter, my daughter may be transferred to my custody & stop my daughter's maintenance ?
How can I stop / reject interim maintenance u/s 125 CRPC ?

No power at my home eb related issue
We have 1,16 acres of forefathers land me and my brother partition the land equally by laying 30 feet road between both of our land and we layed eb lamps in that 30 feet road, where my brother rented his vacant land to lorry parking yard where one traffic police person running lorry business on his wife name and he taken land for rent for his lorry parking now the issue is he damage the lamp pole within the 30 feet road around 5 pm in 22 April 2022 because of that the eb person disconnected the entire line now I am alone with out power when I requested the wireman he simply spoke rudly " For single house we can't install the eb pole" We will do it by tomorrow this make me more irritation and i called to AE (tneb) he blabbered something. Now my issue issue to whom should I have to take action either against EB person of not doing their work or against the person who did the accident for EB pole damage.
Please throw a light on the same.
Note: 30 feet road is a private road if ours
