Notice for recovery of possession.

My friend has a plot. The said plot was occupied by his tightener 5 years back. He made a complaint in the year 2019 for criminal trespass. The said complaint was not further pursued. Now he has constructed double stored building on that. Now what i have to do. plz. suggest. Shall I sent a Legal Notice through a Lawyer.

Your query is not clear. Your friend has a plot. He constructed a building. Then how do you send a legal notice?

What is your identity / interest / locus standi to the plot stated to be owned by your friend ?
Further you have stated, inter alia, that, "...The said plot was occupied by his tightener 5 years back..." What do you mean by the term "tightener"used by you? How and why you are worried / concerned ?
If "he" has stated to have made complaint in 2019, which was not pursued, are you "accused" in the subject complaint ?
What else more than "time pass" facts vis-a-vis query ?

My friend has a plot. The said plot was occupied by his neighbor 5 years back. He made a complaint in the year 2019 for criminal trespass against his neighbor . The said complaint was not further pursued, due to corona. Now he has constructed double stored building on that.
So how my friend could get back the property . Shall we need to give a Legal Notice for recovery of possession, before filing the suit. Plz. suggest.
