We had been allocated with darkas jamin by the Karnataka state government around 1970's It was made to my brothers name as he was senior of the family,later unknowingly the property was sold to others without being informed to us.Later the money was used to Buy another land and had registered to my brothers wife.
I have registered a case on my brother for equal share of the present land will the case stand on our favour in the court and will the property be given equal share?

My father and his brother (my uncle) bought a house few years ago together both having 50% share in it. My father transferred his share to me and is not alive now. Both me and my uncle now share the house jointly. Recently we have started to have a dispute about some open space at the backyard of the house with the neighbor. I am thinking of going to court about it but my uncle lives far off and is unable to come due to distance and poor health. He can come once or twice but not on every date. Is it necessary for both partners to appear in court on every date. Can I take a power of attorney from my uncle and appear for him.

I am in possession of a house purchased by me in another name. I am residing in that property. The another person wants to sale the house.
1) How to proof the house is under my possession ?
2) Can I go to civil court & pray injunction for the house ?

I recently purchased house in gurgaon and in sale deed the amount number is correct but the conversion to words is wrong .
Example -(statement in page) the total sale consideration a sum of Rs 200000(Nineteen lac fifty thousand only) which amount has been received by the vendor from the vendee and the vendor acknowledge the receipt of said amount full and final.
So this is the mistake I figured out in my sale deed .
Kindly suggest what to do now for this.

Hi, I had purchased 2 Jodi flats from builder with 2 agreements. Subsquently I merged the flats with consent of builder and later got the same approved as well from the Slum Rehab Authority which gives building plan approval since ours was a SRA commercial project. I then intimated BMC building department as well and assessement department and got my 2 property cards to merged to 1 single property card with 1 single property tax. I have asked society to raise 1 single bill on me instead of 2 and charge single service charge for 1 flat and update the area for the merged flat. I have also requested 1 single share certificate. Is my claim logical and correct as the building department records, property records with govt authorities have the property as 1 unit now. I need guidance under MCS Act 1960

My lease is expired 2 years back and the owner is not still ready to return the amount. He is not attending my calls also. I'm still in the possession of property. I dont want to renew the lease. what are the things i need to do to get my money back. Thanks in Advance.

I was in a relationship. Out of good faith I learnt her RS 5 lakh on verbal promise to return. She refused to return my money.
Can I file a case under section 70 &72 of the Indian Contact Act ?

Can a co - owner of an undivided property file an eviction suit against a tenant on the grounds of default of payment of rent, even if other co-owners do not give consent to the suit against the tenant ? The jurisdiction is West Bengal, India.
Sir, we 6 family would like to connect our sewer line with the main line. But in between the mainline and our house, there is another house just on the roadside. Our sewer line has to pass through his land else there is no other option to connect with the main line.
After several request made by us to the owner of the house, he has eventually issued NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE allowing the Public Health Engineering Department to pass the sewer line through his land. But the department could not immediately start the work due to the monsoon season. Now after elapse of about 4-5 months the department is ready to start the work, but the same house owner now says that he will not allow to pass the sewer line now without any reason.
So I humbly request the learned members of this platform to guide us in the subject matter. What should be our next course of action against the person who has signed the NOC and now revert from the decision.

Sir my query is, I have purchased 2 plot, one from allotee where I have done Conveyance deed registered. 2nd plot, I have made sale deed registered. I don't understand which one is correct? kindly help
