on promotion, can anyone be posted to low grade position than for what he has been promoted? for example promoted to scientist G and posted inlieu to Scientist B appoint however getting paid for scientist G but stature not increased?

hello, i have 2 shops and they both are on rent to same person from the past year he was not paying rent always delying it..
now today i asked for rent and said said i will return one shop i said no if you want to return then return both and take these goods from here and empty my shop.....And he allegedly said you called my wife and you wanted to make affair with her and he made these allegations infront of everyone they are my local community....and he also mentioned that i have recording and when he was asked to show it he refused obviously there aren`t any recording in his position that were just a false acquisations....now my reputation is harmed.....
these were the all facts and now i want to know what can i do now?
where to file case and everything
please resolve my quarry

I want to sell my flat situated in Mumbai, which I have purchased in 2001. At the time of purchase the flat I have paid the stamp duty as per the ready reckoner, but the agreement was not registered. in 2001, said flat was transferred in my name and the society has also issued share certificate in my name and admit me as a member of the society. Now the new deemed purchaser wants to avail loan on the said flat, but the banker asked for registration of 2001 agreement, but the seller is expired.
One advocate told me that in 2001, the Registration was not compulsory and as I have paid the stamp duty at the time of purchase the flat, the bankers have to consider the agreement But the bankers are not ready for the same.
under the circumstances what should I do?
Please guide me.

My mother name is paramjit but in my 10th it is (paramjeet) I want to correct it but in my previous school TC did not have my mother name also father name is wrong in it. I did 10th in 2020 . This year I would clear my 12 th
If possible then I would also correct my mother name . How to do? Is affidavit required? Or wait for 12th marksheet to come then apply for correction.

Respected Sir, The case filed by my O.P. for quashing my POCSO case is stagnant since 15 th February, 2023. 14 th March, 2023 was a false date on which this case didnt get listed. The perpetrator is enjoying PROTECTION FROM ANY COERCIVE ACTION. Sir, is it normal in the Honble Jharkhand High Court or is there some foul play by the O.P. ? Can any of you learned ones mention this case before the Honble Chief Justice for early disposal please? I shall be humbly ready to pay the appropriate fees.

My mother lived with my brother, and my brother is not interested in sharing the property owned by my mother. He has all the documents, like a pan, voter id and death certificate. When asked to share those documents, he denied it. What should me my next step?

Respected Legal Experts, Long story short. My ex-wife filed a writ petition as Heabeaus corpus (False charges) in High Court in 2019 asking for a Child Custody stating children are minors (Son 2 1/2 years and Daughter 4 1/2 years) summons issued to me and I produced the children in High Court, based on investigation and examination, Chief Judge passed the orders in my favour as mother use to torture minor children and I proved that in High Court. High court gave visitation rights (Sat and Sun) to mother stating mother can visit Bharosa centre and free to meet the children between so and so hours. High court also directed both the parties can file case in Family court for any modifications of orders. Mother filed GWOP in Family court for modification or orders in interim petition and to grant her permanent custody in main OP. Family court examined the children and passed the interim orders in my favour and gave visitation rights stating mother can come and meet children in Family court twice in a week for so and so hours. She use to come and meet children. During Covid 2021 she illegally detained the children during visitation and absconded from home, I made complaint in area PS, though I had High court and Civil court orders area PS asked me to get the court permission to get the children from her. We filed a out of order petition along with return of Custody petition in Family court and she was summoned to produce the children, she took 6 adjournments with nonsense excuses and passed 6 months, Judge gave her final warning post which she produced the children, in those 6 months she influence the children, brain washed the children and upon production she was pushing Judge to examine the children again now, Judge examined the children and dismissed our return of Custody petition stating children wants to be with mother now and passed the dismissal order. As soon as my return of children petition is dismissed I understood that Family court Judges could not even understand the motive behind illegal detention of children, when they can't implement the orders they should not passing the orders. I lost faith in our Judiciary system. As I can't leave my kids with her I will try until my last breath to get my children back. Main concern now is, I changed the Family court Adv and approached a new Lawyer and he told me challenging order time is 90 days, he took some amount as advance and did not even file a petition in High Court, he is not answering my calls, 90 days passed. Family court GWOP case is in (Dismissed for default stage) as mother is not attending to court since 6 months, need to appeal in a High court to challenge the family court order. Please advise. I have a case where i bought 2 acres of agricultural land and in my sale deed, my vendor has clearly mentioned that he has given me a right of passage of 33 feet wide road for agricultural and etc entry and exit purpose which i bought in 1996 and after some time i stopped agricultural and leased the same by constructing a sheds and have been using this same passage for the past 25 years and recently my neighbor who bough his site in 2006 who is constructing boundary wall has been trying to encroach into the passage and trying to cutoff my access to the national highway. My site has got another passage in 2010 which is a round about access laid by the government. The value of my site will fall by 50 % if i loose this passage. In sale deed it is recited as " As a convention we re proving right to passage in the 33 feet wide road created by us for agricultural ect entry and exit"
