Sir,
I have girl child but my wife is not with me she is in her mother's house. I have file a case for reunion in the family court but she is not willing to live with me. my baby is 7 yrs old till now i was not allowed to take her to my home not even once. Do i have the right to take my baby atleast once in a week because her grandparents (my Parents)are very eager to see her. your advice please

Can I still use this document as true to plead against the Applicant?

Hello sir. I have been selected in railway job as class c employe in march 2016. I am undergoing training. But few day back my native Police station people has called for Police verification. I have visited the station. In course of enquiry Police people told that a closed case crpc 107 in 2009 is there in your name and sent me from Police station. Kindly advise me this will affect my appoinment since I have not filled about this matter in previous attestation form while submitting to railway. As my passport verification was done in 2013 with the same Police station and Police people dint said about this case crpc 107. So I have not filled in railway attestation form. Please advice me. What I should do further and possibe solution. Really I dont understand what is this crpc 107 means. I have not involved in any cases previous. Waiting for your reply. Regards Vinod

Respected experts,
I'm priyanka. My husband applied for child custody. Today my advocate went to give affidavit,and he is saying judge did not accept affidavit as the respondent(Me) was not present. I appeared on first date with my advocate,today is second date. Please let me know if respondents presence is necessary to give affidavit?

Dear sir,
The court has given the order for case. In such a situation , without parties consent/ permission and ( apart from advocates to the case ) can third party , can upload on the website the order of the case. Third party is telling that it is a public document and no need to take a permission is it true.
And if it creates a loss to the party , then can a party to the case who suffer a loss file a defamation or any other case against that third party? If answer is yes on which section?

Mera naam Harinder Sharma hai, Mera question haI ki agar mere se juniors kam %age hote hue agar job 2006 se continue kar rahe hain, kya koi judgement hai supreme court ya kisi high court ki. Jisme higher %age candidates ko bhi job mili ho, Kripya mera marg-darshan karain.

Pls help me and give me some advice pls me and my gf talked to eachother 17 april night from 10 to 12:45 and then she found dead in the morning and in short pm report found dat she had consumed some suspected poison but in her hostel dre was no clue of poison found and viscera was sent to find the exact poison . and now her family blaming me for her death they are saying dat she has committed suicide bcz of me ..i have abetted her to commit suicide but we talked each other casually and planning for next meeting and some romantic talks and she havent left any suicide note against me jus police and her family saying dat bcz of my last call she had committed suicide ..and i have given two times statements to d police now pls tell me dre it can be any case made against me on d basis of last call how can i prove myself innocent even i havent done anything wrong with her i love her so much pls help me
