Hello, respected everyone,
Please, suggest, how to take a legal step against harmful fake rumors about a woman by a guy Over the social media, over the telephone and also by gossiping in the workplace and friend's circle? The rumors are spreading with the help of his friends to make his so called social status innocent, popular and high. And it is also out of jealousy and ego clash. But If the woman requests him to stop all these things, the guy is threatening her of rape, kidnapping and spreading more harmful rumors. Importantly, for his political power, he has control over local legislative and executive power so the girl can not take any local legal step. Also She has informed his family to stop him but there is no positive response.
Sir/Ma'am, please, suggest, because of it is a matter of the reputation and future of a woman, without any COURT CASE how to get legal help to stop all these things?

dear sir i have been selected in public sector bank... they asked me a declaration form in that i have to declare whether i have any pending case in court or if i ever been convicted by court of law.... dear sir once i have been caught by traffic police for driving without helmet and i have paid spot traffic challan of rs. 200 .... now i am confused that what should i write in declaration... and does this traffic challan under MVA 129/177 {driving without helmet} will effect my police verification what should i do know... please guide me

Will written and registered by my mother,s mother in 1980 on my name but patta name got changed in 1982 on my mothers name unnoticed while land survey around 1982. Can I get the land with patta name changed to my name?

Dear all,
I m working in my first company for last 2.8 yrs and I got appointed to another company with better future and growth, I have given resignation on 1-8-16 but present employer is not ready to give me releaving letter, they are saying u can go with no dues but they will not give releaving letter. I have to join on 1 September and they are asking for relieving letter from present employer, I am very much disappointed and worried what should I do as I have no knowledge of these things, anyone please help me.

Dear all experts,
My friend is a govt teacher.He is 32 yrs old.Has 4.5 yr daughter.he belongs to typicall village in rajasthan.he was married during his childhood.when he was 24yrs old n got job his wife goona was done.he risided to his job place n wife was with his mother in law.he came to know that this was under some baba's hyptonism.he even caught her once while doning faul gesture.
he informed this to family.
family n wife's parents apologised n asked tobtake her with him.latter on he took her with him to dungarpur in 2010.
there she was regularly calling some man on phone.n she came bk to village that she is unable to reside with husband.she is just 7class pass.by the time she concieved baby .
when she was 4moths pregnant.he found her stealing his phone n sending to some boy of village with whome she still in bad remark.
then finally my friend(her husband) went n told the fact to both families.n asked orally to divorce her.
but family presauried him to get her bk after delivery.
aftrr delivery :n incident he never talked to her.n never stayed with her.he does job about3 hrs away from village since 5 yrs.
now she is simply telling all that ..they both have good relation.which is not true.
she says she will never leave him.but he says that ow he cannot stay with her anymore.
he is paying her money to meet daily needs via family members.he is cnoncerned for his daughter.but doesnt like the wife.
he asked her to leave.she says u can marry again.i can give i in written.but she need monetry support.
he is ready to pay lump sum money.but she says will never divorce him.
i need to ask
1.what to do in this critical case.?
2.shall he go for legal action against her?
3.how long it may him to get divorced legally?
4.can he marry again.?if she assures in written?
5.what must be the written language for agreement.?

Hello My Experts,
my case is of auction shed allotment which was cancelled by market committee Civil suit filed in 2010,that was rejected Under Order 7 Rule 11 {Order 7 Rule 11application filed by Market Committee}after 5 years of suit in lower court due to no notice to Market Committee under Section 31 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961) before filling of suit.

my father got accident and death by rash driving of biker. when he was crossing road biker hit him and ran-out from there. he got highly head injury and dead in hospital. kindly suggest me that what IPC section will apply on this case??. plz reply anyone.

My father works as a technician in a PSU (SAIL) which is equivalent to group C post. His annual income is more then 6 lakh per annum. So i will come in NCL category or not?

How to complain legally against snapdeal
Respected, everyone,
Snapdeal send an old and damage watch. Immediate After the delivery of the product, the customer requested them to change the watch within their prescribed time. But there is no positive response, After making several calls and sending several mails, they haven't changed it still yet and mislead its customer over a month. And the prescribed time is over now. Please, suggest, how to complain legally against snapdeal for their fake promise and responsibility?
