I have filed written statement last year on 16.11.2022 through advocate hired over phone to send signed ws and affidavit executed in ghaziabad through speed post. This year in February 2023 my advocate in connivance with the opposite party and her lawyer, shown me appeared in Darbhanga, Bihar but the truth is that till date I have not visited Darbhanga, Bihar due to danger to the life and limb. Since 16.11.2022, the case is at reconcilliation stage. As I kicked off cheat lawyer, presently I want to defend my case in person. can I send the application papers etc. throught speed post. I do not want for any reconciliation. after this what are the steps proceedings for the finalsation of the section 9 case.
2. my divorce case which was filed on 11.08.2022 in family court, Ghaziabad , got transferred to Darbhanga, Bihar vide supreme court's order dated 19.07.2023. So far she has not filed written statement (after one year of filing the case). What are the steps after ws in divorce case and how logn can it go?.

I'm facing a problem with Advocate Vimal Kumar Pandey and Sakshi Jaiswal's The SAVI Law Firm in Civil Lines, Allahabad.
I gave them my case and paid a lot of money, but now they're not talking to me. I tried calling, messaging, and emailing, but they're not responding. It's been six months, and my case hasn't moved forward.
I think they're not doing their job after taking my money. This is not right. I want to warn others about this and ask for advice. Please help.

I entrusted them with my case and paid a substantial fee, but I am now facing a complete lack of communication and accountability. My attempts to contact them via calls, messages, and emails have been met with silence. There has been absolutely no progress on my case for the past six months.

I'm writing to issue a serious warning about Advocate Vimal Kumar Pandey and Sakshi Jaiswal's firm, The SAVI Law Firm in Civil Lines, Allahabad. I engaged their services, paid a significant amount for my case, and now they have completely cut off communication.
Calls, messages, and emails go unanswered. It's been six months of frustration and anxiety, with no progress on my case. It's apparent that they are taking money without delivering the promised services.
This lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and legal matters, stay far away from The SAVI Law Firm and their representatives, Advocate Vimal Kumar Pandey and Sakshi Jaiswal. I urge others to avoid the same distressing situation I'm facing.

My in-laws had 3daughters.My father in-law expired 3years back leaving behind house and agricultural land got from his ancestors.In-laws first daughter's(Cancer patient)husband is in debts(Loans from HDFC+SBI+others) and he is absconding since 1year but not divided.Now mother in-law +3 daughters want to sell thier property.Can my in-laws first daughter is responsible for her husband's debts? as she doesn't want to continue marital life with him because he is having extra marital relationship with others.He is also sending loan recovery agents to her home.My query is "How to prevent any recovery team/person to come and collect money from my in-laws first daughter after selling any ancestral property"

I found good reviews about them here. it turned out to be a ruse and a facade. they kept promising but nothing happened to my with drwl so they cut off all communication. Silence went on for months as i was looking for a way to get it back i had no idea, had to keep digging until i gοt ADAMWILSON.TRADING@CONSULTANT.COM. And it was good and last week i started getting my reffund and i hope and pray they get too the benefits.

This is regarding cancellation of society registered under 2001 Act.
My Society is doing maintenance of Gated Community Apartment but its registered under 2001 Act.
The case is pending with Division bench in Telangana High Court.
Any experienced lawyer in similar case wants to take up the case.

Hello Sir,
I bought plot in 2020 at Chennai outskirt which comes under cmda limit.
There are 300 Plots both in phase and phase 2 and few couple of residents are there already and few constructing houses, ad expecting atleast 100 plus houses nearby year.
Now, we encounter that local panchayat is building graveyard within 90 meters from our premises and also heard that garbage dump also is going to come.
The land promoter not even conveyed us and says he is not aware of it, Pls guide us what to do in this scenario to stop the burial ground and garbabge. right now we filed rti but the process is stll going. Kindl advise

Civil case pending
Sir I have been selected in SBI clerk post and I have been provided biodata form in which employer sbi has asked that any case is pending against candidate????
My father has a rented shop and owner have filed a case against him to vacate the shop and my father died 8 months back so rhe case has been shifted to my mother(shop proprietor is my mother) my brother and me
So I have to declare it or not in that biodata form
Agar mene declare kar Diya form main ki case chal rha hai to kya meri naukri khatam ho jayegi kya??
Mtlb allotment letter nhi milega kya ??
