I am 27 year old man got married last year (arranged), Within a month of marriage I found out that she had all kind of illicit affairs,
She had atleast 10 boyfriends with whom she was in physical relation before marriage and even after marriage one of her boyfriend had stayed in my home for 2 hours when I was not there.
I have photos of her kissing her boyfriends and all, Now I have filed marriage annulment case on the basis of non consummation of marriage as my lawyer suggested. but since she and her father both are lawyers they strike deal with my lawyer and just postpone the case, I am a normal software Engineer got trapped in all these things.
Please help me get rid of this quickly

Dear All Experts,
I would like to get your expert opinions on the civil case that I have filed against one of my client (a partnership firm) based at noida.
This firm has done a fraud with us and is not paying our pending invoices and have already shut down their registered office which was a rented one.
Now I have filed a case against them but unfortunately i dont have any address to send them notice. Can i get the details of the partners of this firm from somewhere.I am not able to get their any details in MCA site as well.
Also please suggest what can be done ahead to get my payments.
Can i get the address proof of the partners by sending notice or RTI to any Govt.agency.

Dear Sir, Greetings!
The National Highway Authority of India(NHAI) proposed to develop for a bypass for a town. For such proposal they require certain private lands from a village to complete the proposed bypass.
1. For acquiring such lands of the village, do they pay any compensation? If the land is converted for non agricultural purposes,
2. Do they pay in accordance to the non agricultural conversion?
3. Please through some light on the above questions.

My grandfather purchased property in the name of his mother, who is housewife.My grandfather is only one son to his mother. In sale deed it is clearly mentioned that money paid by my grandfather,also signed by grandfather not his mother. After mother of grandfather expired, is that property shall be treated as self occupied property and authorised to write WILL?

Sir....We run a staff welfare Association in PSU....whether staff welfare Association comes under RTI Act....any outsider (3rd party) can ask information through RTI......

Hi
I resigned through company email when I was on vacation.However company did not accept my resignation and denied providing me relieving letter,experience certificate etc.
They also did not give my Diwali bonus.
So what legal actions can I take against the company

This is very sensitive query, as I donot want to reveal all the facts here but I need the expert opinion for the Public domain and for the interest of the common people opposing the favoritism, nepotism, irregularities
This case is very close to one of my associate brother, who filed the case for termination of his contract tenure in one of premier Government organisation of India. He lost the case in CAT, High Court as both the courts followed the Constitutional Bench Judgment state of Karnatka vs Uma Devi which has given that contract appointment is aginst the statutory provisions and has no right for regaularisation. He then filed the SLP which was admitted,as there were 300 contract workers in the organization. Subsequently, the 300 contract workers get regularized. The SCI bench asked the petitioner to furnish the details through Interlocutory application. Meanwhile, the bench has changed
My queries are:
1 Since the orgnaisation has reguslarised the 300 contract employees which is aginst the constitutional framework and legal provisions, how the same can be challenged?
2 The act of regaulrisation is contrary to the constitutional Bench Judgment uma devi case which clearly says that there is no by passing of the constitutional scheme. If the organization deliberately violate the constitutional Bech Judgment, how can such organization be brought under law?
Kindly provide the expert opnion, as the matter is not linked with the interest of any party but is meant for uprooting of the malpractice and favortism

Hi I am a software developer currently working in US.
I am planning to start a unique business in my home country India.
I only wanted to know, suppose if all of my clients are happy and no one raise any complain for lifetime, and if I also pay a GST legally then can I run a Money Circulation Business (Might be known as mlm business without any product) legally in India.? And the important thing if the joining fee is as low as Rs 50.
In future I will also add
1. An e-commerce marketplace where all types of product will be available as on eBay now.
2. P2P money lending according to RBI guidelines

Husband wife family dispute
This is for my daughter. Martiedsimce8 years.Two children. Elder boy 7 years old .Younger recently born baby boy 3 weeks only ! Husband commercial piolet in domestic airlines. Daughter computer engineer but house wife.At present hudband wife controversies and dispute for very trifle things and matter becomimg very serious.
