Father purchase land in 1989 in mother name we are 3 brother . father me &brotherhas contributor to make the 3 story bunglo on that land.during that my youngest brother was study & Haveing no contribution in the same.up to father alive all it's ok .sudden death of my father the sanorio has changed.
My mother is housewife Haveing no income source she is not normal some time she also belongs from village .has brain wash from my youngest brother his wife & relatives.
Now she is giving all the property to only youngest brother who was study have ing no contribution to built this house.
What options for we two brother in this case please suggest.

I am joining psu and in the attestation form it is asking for "whether u have pending case in the court of law" should i write no??

I deposited sale proceeds of residential land in capital gain account. I want to use the money to build a house on another land owned by me. But the issue is that the land has B khata. BBMP does not provide plan sanction for the same. If I go ahead and build the house without building plan, will it be an issue while obtaining approval from Income tax officer (ITO) while closing the capital gain account ?
if yes, please suggest what can be done to get the ITO approval to claim rebate on 54F

rented a shop on july 15 to june 16 @ 18000 pm. on 11 month rent agreement, after april 16 renter stopped paying rent , notice has been send for Possession and Recovery of Rent/Damages/Mesne profit on Nov 16 after one month renter vacated the shop without informing and without paying elec. bill @ 15000 , renter didn,t came to court therefore ex-parte ordered.
Should the renter pay the rent ?
What if he fail to pay the rent ?
Is there any provision for any action against renter ?

I had filed SCA in high court. respondents were served notice by high court. they prefer not to appear. judge give oral order last month. "Rule. Expedited. Now how much time will it take for final hearing. What are the court rules of final hearing. Any estimated time frame under which court has to decide the matter...Is there any rule to expedite my matter on urgent basis or fast track....

Dear Sir,
I have purchased capital goods out side India under EPCG scheme - Means customs duty is free me
As per suppliers -entry tax of Rajasthan/Other states is Nil in the condition of Customs duty is paid by customer.
So, please send the any article stating that exception of Entry tax is void any Imported goods..Please revert- Matter is very urgent...Thanks

My father (passed away 1994) bought a few land and ponds in 60s and 80s, and in 1989 he decided and made will all his property to Us (Me and my elder brother) but my elder sister who got marred in 80s (dad bought a land for her too), she sold the land and live in the home in our village, now she want to capture all the property, which we (brothers and mother) want to sold to other party, we also spoke to my sister for selling those to her in lower price, but she want it for free and now filed a 144(2) against us in a district court,
What should we do to save the ONLY PROPERTY we have for future?
Is it possible to sell the property to someone else right now?
how can we remove 144?
Any other important step we can do in this situation
Please help us with information.

I have a query regarding an Immovable Property.
For instance lets assume as such A,B,C,D,E. A(actual owner), B(my client), C(GPA), D(Proclaimed Owner), E(Joint Owners).
The Facts are as under:
My client purchased a plot in 2015 from A (actual owner) of the plot and in 2016 B (My Client) constructed a small room in the plot, but to his astonishment E(Joint Owners) came and objected and installed electric meter allotted to them & claiming that the plot belongs to them and he & his wife are the joint owners of the property as they have purchased it from D(Proclaimed Owner) in 2003. When my client inquired further he came to know that C(GPA) without the consent of the A, sold the plot to D in 1998 representing C himself as the GPA and further D sold the land to E. Now the problem is A lives in USA and is not in contact with B, and E(Joint Owners) also lives in USA but they r not related to A in any matter. Now how can i defend my case.
Should i file a Suit for Declaration of Title and Possession or Suit for Perpetual Injunction or should i include both the prayers in one suit and can i ask my client to file a Criminal Complaint also.
Plz suggest.

Sir, this is dinesh from chennai, my native is tirunelveli, i was working in chennai, sir seriously i have a problem in my life and i need ur suggestions for my upcoming life, i was 29 yrs old. a girl propposed me on 2011, which later i accepted her after one week, this came to my family, she was residing next to my home, my family accepted it, i was hindu and she is a christian, due to cast her family refused me, also she left me on 2014, after that my family arranged me marriage (arranged marriage) with another one, i also accepted, because of my family intention, my gf came to know that marriage was arranged to me, and she phoned me and sorry for the things happened, also she phoned to my family and told to stop the marriage (engagement also done for me) even though i stopped d marriage becoz for her. also i did the same before one week of my marriage and it becomes d biggest problem with my family. one month later she contacted me and we both where happy till, but for the past 5 months she blocked me and not contacted me, i tried to contact her but she reffused. now she s saying that her family is important to her, every problem known to her family also. now i cant able to tolerate this subject. even though i stopped the marriage for her, she s doing her final year btech. now my family is willing to marry her with me, but she s not accepting, i have all the evidence with me. i wanna marry her only, i sacrificed my entire life for her, but now she s reffusing. please is there any way to get marry her? i was mentally depressed, even though i hate to live. please kindly give suggestion is there any way to marry her. awaiting for your valuable reply. kindly help me sir. is there any legal way?, please consider this as emergency...
