A four day old child was given in adoption. The child is now three years old. The natural mother has come to know that the adoptive parents are ill treating the adopted child (which includes giving physical injuries). She needs the custody of the child back.
The adoption was valid in all respects and as an adoption deed can not be revoked, what remedy does this woman have in the present circumstances? Please share your valuable suggestions.

I am recently joined IT company and deputed to client site in gurugram. I resigned on 30-oct on high working pressure and huge stress and some medical emergency at home. Notice period mentioned in offer is 3 months but verbal discussion HR mentioned 1 month during probation but i have no evidence.
Now company had not paid me salary of Oct month and no idea for current month as well. Tried to contact concerned authorities but no concrete response.
In order to exit ligitimate way, what all option i can do? What if i inform them and discontinue reporting at work? What legal impact on me? Pl advise as i wanted to close this legitimately.

Respected Sirs
1) In 2014 April few fellows demolished the site metal rope fencing and supporting stones. The cost of entire fencing around the site is hardly Rs 5000/-
2) The approximate time of demolishing being 3PM and iam not in the spot
3) same day around 7 PM i have been asked by my friends and other co-site owners to come to police station to file the complaint.
4) After been to police station and around 10PM i have been asked to sign a small piece of paper as a formality and trusting my friends i have signed the small paper and went home. The complaint was written in kannada and hand writing is not clear.
5) i forgotten this episode
6) In 2015 April i got summons from police station. Then i took the matter serious and understood from police that i signed as witness for the compound fencing demolishing.
7) I requested the police that i have not seen the demolishing event and also do not know the person behind this cause.
8) He adviced me to spell the same matter in court.
9) In june 2015 i appeared in court and said the truth that i have not seen the demolishing event. The court recorded my statement.
10) Police also assured that i will not be troubled in this matter.
11) To-day some other site owner called me and asked to stand as witness in this matter. Then in detailed i explained the matter and asked him to explore the other witnesses.
12) Now my doubt is can again court or police ask me to appear for this witness issue. Please advice

the inspector of police making false report to higher officials and he said that i am visited my temple with drunken state but am belongs to bramin community i am ready to prove that am not drunked .and my father sended blood test reports to inspector of police and asked under rti act ,
he replied that he didnt said that word{he visted drunken state } what should i do now ?
2. intentially he making false alligations on me.

Dear Sir, I want to know two things. We want file a writ petition on Employee Pension Scheme'95.
1. If a registered trade union files the writ petition then will it cover all the members of the union for the benefit?
2. if many registered trade unions file the writ petition then will it cover all the members of all the unions for the benefit?

I joined a private limited concern on october 2017.At joining,company haven't issued an appoinment order.My salary during joining was 18000 per month.No pf or esi deducted from my salary.I worked till may 2017.My employer not giving me the bonus for 2016-2017 year.i dont have salary slip.But having relieving order from the company.My salary credited to bank account on 7th every month.Am i eligible for bonus?
Also can i claim for the pf benifits i haven't got from the company?Company is having 250+employees working.How can i claim?

I am suresh age 24. I belong to Rajasthan. My ancestral house is there, my father have many document of Rajasthan and I was also born in Rajasthan. We are living in haryana from last 18 years as my father works in a limited company here. I mentioned our temporary haryana address as permanent address and temporary address in all documents. We also bought property here but its not mentioned in any of my document. My cast is SWAMI which is in obc for haryana state only but not in central list of haryana. At the same time my cast is in state list and central list of Rajasthan as obc. I want to make my obc from Rajasthan to avail obc in upsc and cgl. I don't have voter I'd yet. Also 12 year ago I made haryana domicile and obc certificate but now they are saying this certificate is obsolete and u need to apply a new one. This time I want to make it from Rajasthan somehow. My grandfather are still living in Rajasthan. Question is...can I avail Rajasthan obc legally....will there be any issue if I somehow able to make it from Rajasthan. What is the procedure for it.

Sir,
in Gujarat, we are farmer. ( Khedut Khatedar).
We have received agricultural land from our father and unmarried uncle.
We have found some old acknowledgement receipts for taxes paid on agricultural land.
(Locally, it is said as ‘’Vero bharya ni pahonch’’)
But, while seeing such acknowledgement receipts of various old years, it is found that the Farmer Account No. (KHEDUT KHATA NO.) mentioned is different in each receipt.
In Receipt of 1988, Farmer Account No. (Khedut Khata No.) mentioned is Khata No. 10.
And in receipt of 1990, it is mentioned as Khata No. 30.
Then in 1995, it is Khata No. 31.
And in the receipt of 1998, it is mentioned as Khata No. 36.
Currently, in the latest receipt of 2016, the account No. mentioned is No. 36.
And the name mentioned in it is our father’s name.
Here, we clarify, that the account is the same.
The Only changes which are done, are in the names .
On death of the account holder in 1991, the names of his sons were inserted.
And then after the death of that generation, the names of next generation was inserted.
But, the Farmer Account (Khedut Khata) is the same. It has been running from around 1960 , in the straight line , generation by generation.
We have Kisan passbook – Khedut pothi. But, in it , the account number 36 is mentioned.
And in it, no any remark is written for any change from any old account number to any new number.
Questions :
1. Why the Number of Our Farmer Account would have been changed ?
2. Can we have the track when such changes were made in Account No.s of our village ?
- Is there any register to be kept , from which we can track such changes ?
- If yes, what is the name of such register ?
- And where such register can be available ? Under which Authority ?
- Can the farmer see such register ? Or can he demand a certified copy of it ?
3. What can we do, if such authority says that such records are not available with them ?
- Is there any other way, to track such changes in the number of the same account ?
Please, give your guidance.
And remove our confusions.
