A person has taken voluntary registration for UP Sales Tax & after that never charged sales tax on his sales from customer , would he be guilty for that & also what are the remedies

in a case of 304b the chargesheet is filed and about to commit to the sessions the in laws are trying to a compromise as the allegations are false will the case be completed quickly if compromised

I have query regarding G.O Ms.No 118 "Andhra Pradesh Scheme of Regularization of Unobjectionable Encroachments upto 500 Sq.Yards to any people under BPL or APL category"
Is this G.O valid in the eye of law?
Regulation more than 100 sq.yds is valid in the eye of law?
Is there any limitation for regulation from the references of apex court?

Got a summon cr.IPC160 with allegations under section 419,420,467,468,471 ,120B. Whether these are bailable section ? Can I be arrested? What I should do?

Developer not giving allotment letter because in the annexure 2 list there is a correction in my grandmothers name. The person working for SRA and the developer said to correct the name first and then you will get allotment letter. What should i do. Please help.

Resignation on noc ground
Sir....I have applied for an autonomous govt organisation with an inimation to my autonomous dept.....later i again applied for noc...n given a noc format in which it is clearly mention that dept has no objection if i will be selected for this post.....now i have been selected for the perticular post .....and dept has taken security cheque for solving my resignation issue ....and assured me not encash cheque and it was taken for security only...n provided me discharge .....latwr when i joined new dept....my previous dept tried to encash cheque that was given by my father...as i was on temporary duty of my previous dept.... So my fathers bank intimated us that dept z putting cheque...so we simply stop payment....as cheque was kept for security only....now my previous dept has sent a notice to new dept that my discharge has been cancelled...as i had done forzry....kindly inform me what i have to do...as i hv informed twice to my previous dept twice....n taken noc...in which it was clearly mention that dept has no objection ....so why they are putting....objection.....and why they tried to...encash cheque which was kept as security....
