Can Chief Minister or Prime Minister can decide any Ordinary person lively hood choice in INDIA.
Can Chief Minister or Prime Minister can decide the Location of Stay of Ordinary Person in respective State.

An Person is resigned his Job as Assistant Executive Engineer from Central Government in Jan 2016
Can This person re join the above Government Job. Now after Jan 2018. His Resignation was accepted then in Jan 2016.
Further Can Prime Minister or Chief Minister or Indian Revenue Services Officer or any other minister or Influential person or Politicians can offer anybody a Government Job.
Can Prime Minister or Chief Minister or Indian Revenue Services Officer can force anybody to Join any Government job by using influence or their vested Power.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have query about a family joint property can you please advice me what to do and how to approach.My mother born and brought up from Raichur,karnataka . They are 5 children to my grandfather 3 sons and 2 daughter my mother is 3rd in number.
Now coming to the point My grand father has left 25 acre land which was family property of his father i.e the land was belongs to my mothers grand father and transfered to my mothers father after my mother grand father death,my question now is do the daughters have the right to cliam right in property if so how should they approach legally . Do the court is giving daughters equal right in grand fathers property .
2. How is the land registartion process in Karnataka and Telangana same or different ? .

Dear sir,
Company is asking for resign of my friend ( without any reason ) say financial problem of the company after his 7 years of service and giving 3 month salary.but if he refuse to resign then the company will terminating him and his termination latter says due to business purpose they are terminating you .
1) The question is can company can terminate any employee on this basis.
2) only 3 month salary ,graduaty, pf is sufficient after termination.
3) is employee can get compensation from company .
4) why company not give VRS

Society committee is de solved and all charges is being taken by the registrar do he have right to give N.O.C for sale of a flat ? If not then who can give ?

After i purchased the property the Property address/location is mentioned incompletely under schedule property section of sale deed and Notarized GPA (General Power Of Attorney).
The property is the self acquired property(seller) and the sale deed has concenting witness party represented by the GPA Holder.
So the Self acquired property owner (Seller) and the GPA holder is the same person and the concenting witness party is the major child of the seller.
And the GPA is not registered under Sub Registrar office but its Notarized.
As the incomplete mentioning of property location/address in the sale deed can be rectified with the rectification deed at the Sub Registrar office.
Is there anyway to correct the incomplete property address/location mentioned in the GPA which is Notarized but not registered in Sub Registrars office ?
Appreciate your expert opinion on this.

I am little bit afraid that's why I am posting this query as anonymous.
Plz reply on my query.
I have been living in my relative house at Delhi from last 8 years.
I have completed my 10th ,12th and graduation from there.
I have all the documents which was documents I.e Voter I'd card , Aadhar,PAN card which was applied from my relative's house.
Because of some issues they are telling me to go from their house.
I have applied for the central govt. Job in ssc where i have mentioned my permanent address as my relative's address.
My question is..
Which kind of problems can be created by my relatives at the time of document verification ???
What if I clear my competitive exam and at the time of document verification my relative will tell Police "we don't that person" or maybe they create some other issue????
What will I do then???
Shall My 15-16 years of education and effort be banished because each and every time verification would be occurred on my permanent address ????
What should I do now??
Is there any process to change Permanent address in my documents and On SSC registration????
Plz help me
