Dear sirs and madams:
What is the role of the bench clerk in a consumer forum?
As per my understanding it is calling out case number, party names and announcing date given by the president.
Other than that making entry into confonet is another job of the bench clerk.
Taking the files back to cupboard in the office. Taking the files from the cupoboard in the office to the court hall.
Is the bench clerk a counsellor appointed by the consumer forum? What authority has the bench clerk to do counselliing of the complainants and give advice to them?
What can be done to stop this.
Can RTI be of any help?

sir,
i m working as J.E at natrip(a registered society under ministry of heavy industries)from May 2010.Under the banner of natrip six more centres are running in different parts of india,The total employees of this six centres is 132 out of which 12 are contractual and rest are regular employees.The 12 employees are from one centres only and all are technical staff and centre is depends on this 12 contractual employees,and another 8 employees of this centre are regular and are all non technical staff ,after many prayers to Secretary,Ministries,MLA,even also the competent Authority but none is there to hear our voice,the condition of salary is so worst that office attendant,drivers are getting three to four times more than a J.E including all the benefits of central govt employees. please suggest what to do or whom to approach

I want to ask something.
It is intimated that my friend wanted to purchase a home and he taken home loan from bank. He want to register his home with Tehsil office and he has called for evidence at the time of registration. Sir, I want to ask if he do not pay bank loan, then all the financial responsibility lies on me or not because I am as evidence of registration of home. what was the effect on me.
Please. advise me.

my cheques are there with a person and he bounced two cheques in his name with forged pronotes and filed the cases in the year 2016 march.actually i paid the amount more than what he has given through account transfer. during the cross examination he agreed that i paid through account transfer for what he has given me through account . he is saying that he has given me some amount by hand also and i has given cheques to recover that amount . before he bounced the cheques i filed a writ petition in highcourt in 2015 december that he is not giving my cheques although i paid the amount through account transfer and threatening me for extra amount.
now his advocate is saying that we will bounce another cheque in the name of some stranger who does not belong to his family as he agreed in the cross examination that there are no more cheques of mine with them .
can u please suggest how to proceed further.

I had been asked to go for a special mediation as my husband did not appear for mediation in the High Court. I had sought for conjugal rights and my husband has sought for divorce. Lower Court had ordered for restitution of conjugal rights. But my husband prefered an appeal. During the High Court proceedings, mediation was ordered. My husband did not appear the first time and in the second time he had given a written submission stating that he do not believe in mediation and he did not appear. So the case went back to the court for listing. When the next hearing came, the appellant, my husband was in the court. I was not aware of that hearing. During the course of hearing, the judges had ordered for a special mediation by a special counsel. It was ordered that no relatives should accompany the parties. So on the appointed date at the appointed time I was present. The mediator first had a separate meeting with my husband for an hour and after that he called me. When I went, to my surprise, I was taken aback. Right from the beginning of the meeting he started harassing me based on the allegations made by my husband to him. When I start to reply to the allegations, he is neither listening nor allowing me to speak. Whatever I reply, he was mocking at me cruelly and he told me that I am not fit to live and he told a number of times to get out. I told him, I had come from a distant place to attend the meeting and that you are not allowing me to speak nor listening to the reply made by me for your allegations against me. Thus ended the session. This has caused greater injury than my previous injury. What is the recourse I have? I dont believe he has done the job of mediator, rather he acted as an advocate of my husband. What should I do. I feel humiliated. Where should I complain about this?

In the case attempt to murder of my kin the police have arrested the supari killers but they aren't touching the actual conspirators who hired them to kill my kin, although the conspirators have strong motives, criminal background, and are linked to the supari killers. Also they are chargesheeted for issuing death threats to my kin and myself. Will they ever be arrested?

A person is missing from last 22 years.FIR lodged by his family after one year but they didnt obtain non-traceable certificate as they didnt aware but now they require death delclaration by the civil court and they went to the police station for obtaing non-traceable certificate but police station dont have any records.
do they have any other way or they can file civil suit without non-traceable certificate?

Hello, I want to know if a person who is married and has his own family is accused of having a child before marriage, but there was legal document of the case being dismissed. Unfortunately, the document is lost and also someone does forge signature of the person during the child birth and also create a fake marriage certificate. They also claim to be a part of his family during NRC (because of which every other member of the family has to held up thier NRC work) what is the best thing to do?. Nobody is sure if the child is of that person or not but because of NRC problem they don't even have time for DNA test and case filing.. What is the best thing to do on present scenario?

498 A Case
Can wife withdraw a 498A case in a JFCM Court -filed as CC ? Is the presence of the accused is mandatory for withdrawal...?? The case is pending for 6 years as the wife and other CWs are not appearing before the Court. Now the wife wants to withdraw the same as they have rejoined.
