property rights

Hi, My mother is survived by her sister, brother, parents and I am her only daughter. My maternal grandparents both have ancestral properties. My maternal uncle is married and has 2 sons. But he is diagnosed with bipolar disorder manic which is a mental disorder(mood swings). My maternal aunt also is showing symptoms of it and not yet diagnosed. They are not thinking logically and due to the lust for property he is forcing his parents to transfer the property only to him. Don't I have any share in either of my grandparents property?

Can an memo be rejected after 3 months in consumer fora?

Can a memmo be rejected after 3 months in consumer fora?

The opposite parties have not appeared at all and have been declared exparte.

I have given a memo asking additional relief which the consumer court accepted 3 months back and today told that my IA has been rejected.

How can the consumer fora reject an memo? That too after 3 months???

Can I ask a copy of the order? Will I have to pay money for it?

Is there scope for appeal in state commission? Should I give complaint against the judge? If yes, to whom shall I address the complaint to???

Please those people who want me to post query with my name address aadhar card details before asking mine please post yours here before posting any reply.

Shri Sudhir Kumar and Shri Kumar DOAB and Usha Kapoor........Please keep away from this query. Your one two lines of reply irritate and are no much use than that.

Let some real advocates reply.

What happens after a death of a legal heir?

My father died intestate. He held a vacant plot (sold by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board to the first owner, my father) in clean title under his name. I've acquired the legal heirship certificate mentioning me, my brother, my mother and my grandmother as rightful heirs. My father's brothers control my grandmother and they are posing me some trouble when I try to release/settle her share in the property.

Now my doubt is regarding an alternate solution. What will happen after my grandmother dies? Will I be able to transfer it to my name with the consent of the remaining legal heirs and my grandmother's death certificate alone? Or will the legal heirs of my grandmother (i.e., my father's brothers) inherit her right of share in the property after her death?

Custody of child

My husband has been harassing me and beating me hence i have filed a DVA case. I have not asked for divorce but have filed for maintenance. After marriage we were staying in a rented flat as the native house if far from our work place. I am from Goa. since last one year after i filed an FIR against him for beating me my husband has left the rented flat and is living with his parents. We have been married for 5 years and we have one son who is 4 years old. My husband from the beginning has never been there for me neither our child. He was only after his parents and niece. He has a sister who has left her husband and is residing in her parents house along with her daughter. His sister and mother had also been ill treating me and my husband took unnecessary doubts on me on his own assumptions and tortured me. He was never contributing anything towards the child's expenses nor mine. The rent was also paid by me. Now he has been asking for the child's custody from court by declaring that i am incompetent to look after my child. Its been a year since he has moved out of the flat and he has just made an attempt to meet his child 3-4 times. He has been enjoying his life outside. He also had relations with other women. can you help me with regards to my child's sole custody to be given to me? I have been doing everything by my self for my child, his education, health, clothing everything.can he get the custody through court?

Sir,
I am a POA holder for my son and daughter in laws flat and also reside in the same flat. In the POA I have been given the entire and complete rights by them for doing any financial transactions of their bank accounts, maintenance of this flat, participate in AGM, vote, become committee member or office bearer, if any prospective buyers can do sale of this flat, also rent the flat and apply the finance received anywhere.
My question : what are the procedure and steps I have to take to become a member in the society, and stand for election and take a position of office bearer. And from where can I get the forms to complete the procedure.
Appreciate your revert. Thank you.
