in Sub devision Tohana A SDJM report to the session judge against the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana that they are shouting Slogans called "Session Judge Murdabad & hayi hai" against the presiding officer Session judge fatehabad and then session judged reported it to the Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh that the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana has comited the offence of the criminal contempt of court and the DB take the Sue motion action against the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana that they all are commited the criminal contempt of court in which the DB has sent them all notice aproximatly 47 members the notice. Are it is possible that in the court campus where the court room is in a side and the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana were shouting Slogans called "Session Judge Murdabad & hayi hai" in a side whereas the session judge was not there. is it possible that the Bar Assosiation Tohana and all the bar mambers Tohana have commited the offence of criminal contempt of court.

In case of any disputes between an employer and employee in a ( public ltd company) under what category of law will they come under, As this is a company do they come under Industrial dispute Act ? What are minimum working hours in a public ltd company ? can they have their own policies in regard with the work time ? I would like to know the specific laws for my above issues.

When can prosecution withdraw its case. Is there any scope for it under criminal law and what should be the gounds for such pleading after charges are framed by the crl. court. Please mention the procedure for it.

Dear Experts of the forum,
A person/ Kowldhar Mr."A", without Title( Neither purchased from the Pattedhar {Owner} nor got any right from Revenue authorities) on the land sells the land to Mr."B" through an Unregistered sale Deed made on Rs.5/- stamp paper in the year in the year 1980.And after expiry ( Death ) of the seller a GPA is taken from his children on a Rs.10/- stamp paper and registered the same with local SRO in the year 1988 by Mr. "B" ,and leases the land to a third party for commercial activity. Is this action of Mr."B" is lawful?
under the above condition can the pattedhar{Owner}, claim his rights against Mr."B"?
The problem pertains to State of A.P.

Respected Sir , A person hase made his domicile in Rajasthan in 1967 , then he with his family shifted to Haryana , In Haryana he joined a Govt. job in 1972 and retired in 2002. In these years he cast his vote always in Haryana , lived in haryana. In 2009 he purchased a land in Rajasthan after presenting the domicile certificate prepared in 1967 . Whether he is legally entitled for domicile in Rajasthan in 2009 ?
