i was under trainee in indian military academy, dehradun to be an army officer,on 18 dec2009 i have been withdrawn from academy on discipline grounds but i was not given a chance to speak up my for my case,i was withdrawn just merely for meagre punishments which are a routine in academy, most of them were forced on me by my coy cdr,i was not allowed to speak in the march-up as well, where as per guidelines a) i should be given a show cause notice before withdrawal b)a court of inquiry should be held to investigate into the charges c)a chance to be given to a cadet to explain his conduct d) benefit of doubt should accrue to a cadet, but as per academys modus-operandi i was not even allowed to speak. my question is Is this is a violation of my fundamental rights- freedom of speech and expression?
A Hindu man marries a Muslim woman under Special Marriage Act and the not convert their religion.
Both work and purchased self acquired properties.
They gave birth to three children- 2 male and 1 female. One boy was brought as christian and other boy and girl as muslim.
What is the inheritance of the property if husband or wife or both die?

1) I had bought a land worth Rs. 10 lakhs in Thane district, Maharashtra from Seller in 2008.
2) Seller had mutated documents in the registration office by making a false declaration that he is a sole legal heir to this property.
3) Seller actually had a brother, who came to know of this Sale. He is also a rightful owner of this plot. This brother is now alleging that he is entitled to 50 percent of this plot.
4) How can I defend myself? I was not aware that this land actually had two owners. In reality, the Seller has duped me. I have paid 100 percent of market value of this plot to the Seller. But there was no way I could find this as the mutation had already been done in the registration by the seller giving a wrong family tree. The plot was ancestral and the seller's father was the sole heir who died without making a Will.
Please help.
Can I defend myself? This brother is threatening to lodge a police complaint and file a suit against me. Can this brother file a suit against me even though I went legally as per what was given in the records at the registration office?
Is there any limitation for the brother filing a suit against me? It is already two years since I bought this plot from the Seller.

Dear Experts,
Has SC stayed the age bar of BCI in LLB entrance or just stayed the proceedings in various high courts on this behalf; The Rohilkhand University in my home town of Bareilly (comes under the jurisdiction of Allahabad High Court) in its notification has still cited the age bar in its entrance examination notification..
What remedial measure can one take ?

The sessions Court has convicted and sentenced 8 accused as under :
1. for offences under Ss. 302/149 IPC - life imprisonment + penalty rs 3000/- each
2. for offences under Ss.3/2/5 SC ST Act - life imprisonment + penalty rs 2000/- each
3. for offence under s. 146 IPC - one year regorous imprisonment
The appeal is being listed for final hearing before the high court.
Now, s. 26 of the General Clauses Act provides for "...prosecution and punishment under either or any of those enactments but not to be punished twice for the same offence." Is this provision helpful to me , if yes, in what manner and what should be my line of argument ?

1.Plaintiff filed suit for declaration of ownership and permanent injunction.
2.Issue of jurisdiction and other issues are framed.
3.Suit is fixed for evidence.
4.PLAINTIFF moved application for trial of issue of jurisdiction(pecuniary)as preliminary contending that junior division do not have jurisdiction.
5.Plaintiff contention is that defendant has filed document on record showing market value of suit land as 15 lakhs
6.Whether it can be tried as preliminary issue because as per order XIV all issues are to be decided together
7. Please give citations if any
