39 2a of cpc me application ki, toh property attach ho sakti hai. Par mere favour main interim order court ne ki hai, court ne kaha final order tak mere pass hi Possession rahega. par samne wali party ne interim order ke bad jabardasti property par kabza kar liya. Police complaint karne ke bad bhi kabza nahi jhod nahi rahi. Agar section 39 2A of cpc main property attach ho gayi toh mere nuksan hoga samne wale ka nahi. Please comment.

I was in relationship with a girl from August 12, 2018 to October 18, 2018. I used to visit her flat in
absence of her mother. Her father is no more. However, her younger sister was always present when I
visited her flat. On September 23, 2018 , her mother caught me with her in her flat. Since then, she was
pressurizing for marriage. On October 16, 2018, the girl's family vacated the flat. The girl chose to shift
with me in my house. She came with her clothes and other necessary items. On October 18, 2018, I left
to my hometown for celebrating dusshera. The girl went to her mother's place and I went to my home. On
October 20, 2018, the girl came to my home in hometown with her mother and younger sister. They gave
a proposal for marriage but it was refused by my parents. To this, they screamed, shouted and abused
and entire neighbourhood accumulated. The girl started shouting "RAPE, RAPE".
On October 23, 2018, they came to my house where the girl had shifted with me. They started shouting
"theft, theft" and called 100 number. On going to police station, they didnot lodge FIR of theft and instead
shouted "RAPE". However, police asked them to leave and they left. On November 10, 2018, they lodged
an FIR of rape (section 376) and cheating (section 420). I am in government job. I have been suspended.
After FIR, nothing came out in medical. They are using social media and posting videos by naming me ,
my family members. They came to my office and did dharna. They also did dharna in front of SSP office.
All kinds of pressure tactics are being used so that I marry her. On December 07, 2018, they evicted my
house and took their belongings in presence of police. They also gave in writing that they have received
their entire belongings. Also, I have got arrest stay.
- What are my legal options in this case?
- What can I do with respect to my job?

My ex-wife filed a case against me in 2012 complaining that my family members and me did not return her stridhan and other items she demanded for at our main house. She has retained her words in her cross also.
She has produced a paper on which details are that some of the items she is taking with her to her parental house and some of them like jewellery given by us and furniture items are lying with us in our main house. This paper is signed by 6 people, three of us and three of them including she and me on 23.5.2010
When she moved to a rental house with me in July 2010 she and me signed a paper on which it is written that all the items except 2 suits and a briefcase have been received in the rental house on 27.7.2010. She and me both signed it.
Then in April 2011 during her cross examination in the case u/s 125 she accepted before the court that " मैंने अपने वाद पत्र व शपथ पत्र में नहीं छुपाया है कि मैंने मई 2010 के बाद अपना सारा सामान प्राप्त करके अपने पति के साथ अलग रहना शुरू कर दिया था। ये सभी बातें मेरे वाद व शपथ पत्र में शामिल हैं।
In original complaint in 2012 she wrote that she demanded her materials from all of us at our main house which we refused to return.
Can you please throw some light on the possible outcome of the case keeping in view the above points. In fact this is a false case on me just to blackmail me and snatch money from me.

Respected Experts!
I am an Indian origin US citizen. I came to India on a visit visa recently and got married to an Indian citizen girl. Everything went well for 2 months after which she started acting strange. Everyday she visiting her mother house and fight with me when she come back. One day she cursed me a lot snd told me that she still loves her ex boyfriend and talking to him everyday. I was shocked and upset. She said if I want then I divorce her and then she will file case against me and my mother. I am US citizen but my mother doesnt have a US Visa. I dont want to stay with this girl as she is harrassing me everyday. I am afraid to do anything because anything I do might effect my returning to US. I am on a 6 month visa. Please suggest me what should I do. If I divorce her then will she stop me from going to US? Will my US citizenship be revoked?
What cases can she file against me?
Will my mother get into problem?
Will I be arrested?
Will they harass my mother after I leave?
Can I come back to India? As I am the only child to my mother and my mother stays alone.
Please experts answer my questions and advise me with what approach should I take.
FYI- I am a Muslim and marriage was performed as per Muslim traditions.

Jiska offer letter mere paas july 2016 me aaya tha jiske anusar mujhe 08.08.2016 tk FCI regional office Lucknow me join karna tha iske baad meri mail ID pe bhi ek reminder 22.09.2016 ko aaya jiske anusar mujhe 15 din ka time diya. But us samay mai Maharashtra me job kr rha tha to mene FCI me join nhi kiya tha.
Ab mai apni is noukari se preshan ho gya hun kyunki mai UP ka rahne wala hu aur isme transfer promotion nhi ho rha.
Hlanki mene esi October 2018 me FCI Lucknow me mail ki thi jisme mene bola tha ki mujhe offer letter ka time pe pta nhi lga kyunki mai bahar rahta hu. But uska koi reply nhi aaya to mene call kiya jisme AGM Lucknow ne join krane se mna kr diya ve bole ki time jada ho gya hai ab kuch nhi ho sakta kyunki mere baad 5 waiting list nikal chuki thi. Fir mai FCI zonal office noida me gya vebhi yahi baat bole.
Filhal mene zonal office Noida me mail kr diya tha ki bahar rahne ki wajah se mai joining k baare me jaan na ska aur letter ghr pr meri maa ne liya tha aur wo btana bhul gyi
Kya mujhe FCI me joining mil sakti hai, agr haan to please procedure btaye

Hi Experts,
I would like to inform you that I have taken a Personal Loan from TATA CAPITAL FINACIAL SERVICES LIMITED I have been informed that as my 9 EMI are pending so for that An Non Bailable Warrant is been issued against me. I was Job less since a long time and I had also paid some amount from end in between. I am also attaching my Loan Statement for your reference so kindly suggest what I have to do in this matter as I am now on job and it will take some time to settle the old dues in some time for which I asked them but they are saying no they cant give any more time.
