My mother expired in 2016
My mother had post office TD depoists and savings account in CITY - A (own home station) . After my father retired from service in 1987 we all moved to father home station City- B ( father house in same district and 20km away from City A and same district ). when nominees approached post office , post master says address on pass book is of city A and address on death certificate is of city B( fathers home station.0 it is known well that ladies after marriage resides along with husband only in any of city where husband stays. post master refused payment to nominee and insisted to prove same person ( mother address on pass book is of city A and death certificate is city B are same person.) Request advice

My office colleague asked my name, contact address for reference in his personal loan. he paid 45% of the loan and he is not paying loan for 7 months. hdfc persons calling me you are in permanent address as well you responsible for his personal loan. Now i get to know he misused my name, contact no and address in permanent address...HDFC threatening me your are responsible to pay otherwise you have face legal action of the bank.?
What to do? give me a solution to relive me from this problem?

Dear Sir,
I bought a BMRDA approved plot in the outskirts of Bangalore in 2009. It was assured by the developer that the layout will be developed with roads, lights, clubhouse etc. But until now, only underground drainage work and compound wall is done and nothing else. The developer is absconding. The marketing agency through whom I bought is available but says he is just a marketing agency. Some of the other plot owners are hesitant to file a case. What is the legal course. Can I file a case on marketing agency and as a single person will my case be strong.

Can a person have Different castes in 10th, inter, degree and PG leaving certificates. Ex in 10th school leaving certificate as christian adi dravida, inter & degree as hindu agumudiliar mudiliar, PG as hindu Kapu.
Is.it an offense or fraud? if so under what section can a criminal case be filed?

As a chairman and Trustees can a person working in public sector undertaking is eligible or not. Please clarify, if there are any legal implications.

I recently attened a interview in a private company.Company asked me to submit certificates,blank cheque signed & promissory note before joining,so I agreed and signed but i didn't sign in agreement bond to work in the company.now i dont want to join in the company but the company is threatening me to pay money to return all my certificates and signed papers.
What should i do now to get back my certificates and papers?
Company has any chance of filing on me ?

In our society secretary & two MC members are not members of society (share certificate in their wife's name)
secretary (non-member) also signs the cheques of society to withdraw amount. for whatever purpose & also signs NOC for sale of flat, etc
chairman is member but supporting them. few members asked them to become members 1st or not to continue as non member.
but they don't listen to members, because of this many members fear of wrong doing in society's work which may hamper others in due course.
also this committee calling builders for redevelopment negotiations, so members afraid of it.
whether whole committee becomes invalid / illegal, if yes
can we write letter to bank to stop withdrawal of money by this illegal committee
what action members (2-3 members only) can take against these non members,
can we complaint to police also ?

Hello All,
This is Jyothi here .I am from Bangalore,Karnataka. I wanted to know certain things about divorce and the final settlement.
I have an elder sister Divya who is married to guy srikanth around 13 years back and they have two kids. He is simply a cab owner and distribute luggage to hotels/clubs in and around Bangalore. Both the kids are small in age. After marriage the relation was very good for 2-3 years. Later he started drinking and beating my sister and her daughters badly.My sister has tolerated this for the last 10 years but now he became more cruel and beating vulgarly and damaging the organs like eyes ears etc of my sister.
Now he is not even listening his parents also anyone and telling that he doesn't want family anymore i.e he doesn't want wife and kids and want to live alone.
Under various circumstances we have given huge amounts of money to buy lands,gold,car etc to him and his family.Now nobody is coming under the rescue of my sister and her kids.
If we go for divorce and ask for compensation /final settlement for my sister and kids to rest of their life, Is that OK ?
what all we can we can claim to make my sister life happier after the divorce?
Kindly let us know all the legal possibilities and if possible help us by giving us some precious court orders.

Ancestral property
My uncle filed petition before cjjd for his share in ancestral property after 31 years. The 7/12 of the property is on my father's name. Before filing the said petition no notice was served on us by the petitioner. The said said petition is also exceeding limitation.
I have to file revision against the order of cjjd, what is the procedure?
