Regarding divorce petition

Hello
I am seeking help
My husband filed a Petition against me ,cruelty case.recently received msg regarding this and husband didn�t inform anything regarding this.
We knew each other since lasted 20yrs.Ours is Love come arrange marriage (9yrs completed of marriage).we don�t have kid.we tried but no luck.ours all reports also normal but still unable to conceive.
Since last August 2018 he was behaving differently.just bcoz I confronted him and his one female colleague/friend.both said nothing between them.they are very close friends.
Bcoz of this one female friend many doubts created,husband lied multiple times hided many things,kept me in dark.but I am ready to forget everything ,and I told him to forget whatever happened,start new beginning from jan 2019.
But he didn�t change.he stopped talking,spending time with me.i tried many things to make him understand but he not ready to listen . Hi whenever I called he not responding to my calls ,i started sending msgs but no reply..he started heated arguments,and situation becoming worst.I tried my hard to make him understand but he�s not ready,started sayings he want to stay alone ,don�t want anyone.yhen he said he needs 6months time.i asked why but no answer.then suddenly in April month he moved to his parents home and told me will come once he stable but now it�s July he didn�t return.but in theses months also he visiting home on weekends.we spend quality time as well.but suddenly on 6th July 2019 I got this petition msg which shattered me ,I�m still in shock,how can he do this with me.he was with me the day when I got this petition messages.and he didn�t informed anything about it.
I don�t want divorce.I want to stay with him only .
I know he�s not in correct mindset.he is just running from situation.He needs counselling.
I approach his parents but mummyji not ready to listen me ,she wanted her son happiness.papaji also advocate .no support from him as well.
I don�t know anything about court and how to proceed.
I don�t want to give divorce at any cost.I gave my 20yrs to our relationship I cannot break it and just move on.I loved him and still want to stay with him.Through out my entire 20yrs my support system only my husband and now he is behaving like this
Plz suggest.
How this divorce petition cancelled or withdrawn
Plz help...plzzzz

Name mismatch in ssc and degree certificte

My name given in ssc certificate as singh pankajkumar prabhunath but in my degree and id it is written as pankaj kumar singh
Will it create any problem in getting government job ??If create problem than how to rectify it ??

Obtaining a l.lb degree while in army service

Just for Clarification Purpose I am Posting this Query. Dr, J.C. Vashista had Posted in his Profile that " I have acquired Ph.d -- M B A-- L.LB -- MA - B.COM during my Service in Army." L.LB can not be done with out regular Attendance.Any Law degree obtained thro ' Correspondence will not make them eligible to Practice in Courts.. Whether he would clarify please

I had joined a psu in 2016 on a post for which MAXIMUM qualification is 12th and my qualification is graduation before joining that post in psu. now i want to apply for higher level job but i am confused about my situatuon. is it safe to apply for job which is of graduation level

Possession notice

Need your Valuable guidance..

I bought a flat in year 2015, everything was running normal . i got every document like society NOC, share certifcate , My flat Previous owner has taken these flat from Auction (Canara bank ) so we were thinking that everything in case of document was ok .

today we received a notice from From Mandal adhikari thakurli stating court has given decision in favour of x person and you need to leave the flat by 2 august 2019.

We did some research and found that the Builder has sold flat to two person in 2006 and our chain of documents is with second owner.

now i m in a dilemma that how can bank auction it and now i have loan on my head of 26 lacs . how can i repay the amount when the property will not be in my custody .

False molestation fir

Mere uncle humari 1 acre agricultural land per 35 saal se kabza kiye huve hai, jiska swamitav puri tarah se hmare paas hai. Jab humne unko kabza chodne ko kha to unhone hum per meri aunty ke dwara police mein chedchad ki jhoothi fir krwa di, police hme thane le gyi. Aaj kal ladies ki sach maani jati h to ghabra kr hmne uncle k sath samjhota kr liya or aunty ne fir vapis le li.
Mere uncle ne kha ki agar age bhi kabza chodne ko khoge to fir se isi case mein fsa denge.
Please tell me
1. Hum apni jamin per kabzaa kaise lein
2. Ched chad ki jhuthi fir se kaise bache
3. Kya jhuthi fir hone se pahle bachne ka koi kanooni upay hai.
4. Kya hum police ya court mein jhoothi fir hone ki sambhavna ka notice de ker kuch rahat le skte hai

Public drinking water sold for commercial purposes

Outside my premises there is a corporation water tap and this tap supplies drinking water to the local people surrounding it...now there are 5 to 6 unlicensed foothpath shops selling chowmein and fast foods tea etc, who come to this tap and fill up huge huge drums of this drinking water for the purposes of running their shops..they forcibly take the water and openly declaring that the water is to be supplied to their shops first then the public can fetch drinking water..they say that they are paying the local ps for the same...
Poor old senior citizens cannot fetch water properly for they domestic use..
Please advice

Seller backing out of the deal

We had contacted property owner through �No Broker.in� which is situated in thane district of Maharashtra state. With the consensus of both the parties Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh ) has been decided . Payment with two installments i.e. first installment of token amount of 1,00,000/- and remaining 19,00,000/- by loan by the buyer. Payment of one Lakh is made by check in March 2018. All the above agreement and payment details are mentioned in 100rs bond paper of which notary is not done. After in the month of July with the hard request of the owner we made payment of 5,00,000/- though it is not decided earlier. Bond paper of payment of 5 Lakh signed by both the parties we have with us but here also notary is not done. After above transactions we duly completed loan procedure and then owner now has refused to sell property. What are legal remedies are available for this.
Can we file criminal case for betrayal or fraud for rejecting deal?
