my friend lost a case in land tribunal immediately the name of the persons who won the case were entered into rtc and the land owners who lost the case went to high court meantime the land was acquired for the formation of layout and the persons who won the case collected the compensation from the concerned government body later the persons who won the case in land tribunal lost the case in high court the layout is formed and houses have been constructed can we get some other land against the acquired land because we have not received any compensation the other party had claimed the compensation

My friend Father died in April and his home condition his very critical. His mom want to sale his flat located in Thane. Flat is in gram pachayat plan passed and now in Thane Municipal corporation. They not have any father will or legal heir certificate. they want to sell in emergency as client is ready so how they will sale their flat.

The judge took my oath when I filed sworn statement u/s 200 of CRPC r/w 27 of CP Act 1986. I gave my oath and came down and they gave another date 1 week apart. On the next date they took signature on warrant issue order sheet. On that day itself the warrant was supposedly issued. But this should have been done on the same day of taking oath.
In meantime OP lawyer went and took stay order from state commission without intimating me to appear before the commission.
I feel judge purposefully did not take my signature on the warrant issue order sheet the same day as my oath taking.
Unless the judge puts the OP behind bars how will they recover the amount due of 20 lakhs from them?
Although the OP have deposited 10 lakhs in state commission, I went and asked to release the amount, but they told they will not give until appeal is dismissed.
Time is passing and I am not having a penny in hand, each time 3-4 thousand ruppes I have to spend to go to gurgaon for hearing.
Lower court allowed my complaint where I was given relief of 20 lakhs for doctors negligence in medical case apolo hospital goragaon.
How to go about this now?

Sir, I was driving a scooty on a national highway and suddenly a jeep came from a village link road and stood in front of me and my scooty got hit against that vehicle. I was driving in my own lane. After the accident the driver of jeep fled from the spot. My right femur got fractured . The police registered a case against both of us under section 279 and 337 and MV act 187. I was charged under rash driving. Now the driver of jeep has approached me informally by call and agreed to pay the compensations. Should I accept it. Will it affect the other case in which I was charged for rash driving..???

I want to know that Bank can debit freeze account if we use abusive language against bank manager .my bank account was frozen only for debit purpose . without any kind of notice....I just want to know guidelines of RBI FOR debit freeze account...

Hello Sir/Madam,
I do have very huge debts where i am unable to make the repayments i dont have any property to settle (All the loans are personal loans and credit cards). Most of them are short term loans.
I have 25 lakhs of loans when i sum up the principal of unsecured personal loans and credit cards.
I dont have any other options to repay because the amount which i am getting as salary is not sufficient to repay those EMI's. Kindly suggest me the best .
I would be more thankful if i get a response.

My divorced wife gave me Acctt payee chq...amt credited...nw filed case us406 that i hav copied her sign...she filed case aftr 7 month of clearing chq...stating that she left forgot 2 leaf of chq to my house and as she unaware of chq so she did not report bank ..but since 2 years she is not wth me

I was aquital in 498a on 17/7/18
I was send notice on 19/7/19 to wife abt defamation & compensation abt.10 lacs rs.
Reply to notice got on 26/8/19. Today date is 9/9/19. My question is
1) wats time limit for civil suit of defamation after aquital fr.false case.
2) may require to do delay condom fr.court?
3)for 10 lacs how much amount give to court in maharashtra?
