SIR TELL ME, WHAT IS THE ANNUL INCOME TO BECOME A OBC CATAGORY.
1)IF IN A YEAR INCOME INCREASE THEN ,WHAT MATTER ARISE.ABOVE 400000
2) IF INCOME INCREASES OR DECREASES, THEN ,WHAT MATTER ARISE
3)if my income 500000 in a year. but my father annual income is 200000. THEN WHAT MATTER ARISE.IF I BECAME OBC CATAGORY

Dear Experts of the Forum,
In a case, land was acquired by state govt.( AP state) in the year 1993.The compensation is also decided, but for want of Urban Land Ceiling clearance;the prepared cheque had not issued to the beneficiaries (*). Now the clearance from ULC authorities is obtained .
My question is (1) The procedure for getting this compensation,(2) Because of for enhancement of compensation?this abnormal delay, can the beneficiaries ask
(*) {The matter was referred to the court along with cheque. But the court send this cheque back to the revenue authorities for revaluation of the Validity of the cheque, which the Revenue authorities didn't do and kept the cheque with them for all these days. this was traced out during our enquiry, recently! }
Please suggest me ,the way out to this problem.

Court has passed ex-parte ad-interim order against respondent and the main case is fixed for service of defendant , now the plaintiff has filed an application for implementing ex-parte injunction order with the help of police U/S151 of CPC whether civil judge has jurisdiction to enforce the ex-parte injunction order before allowing or disallowing the main stay application. The view of various high court are differ any ruling of Supreme Court that ex-parte injunction can not be enforced with the help of police and only absolute interim injunction can be implemented with the help of police. I have read the authority of S.C. now the same is missing from my mind , help me.
My friend married to a girl on 28.6.2008. They lived together for 4 months. Thereafter girl left matrimonial house and started to live with her widow mother. After one and half year wife filed case for divorce based on cruelty.
Meantime friend has registered her PAN on the income tax website to get her income and other details. When I came to know about this I explained my friend not to do such a foolish things, because one fine day if his wife came to know about this she will lodge compliant against him with cyber crime wing of police department which can be resulted into imprisonment also.
I would like to know that mere registration of PAN is crime under the Information Technology Act, 2000? What is the quantum of punishment including monitory punishment?
Answer will defer if PAN is registered before wife has left matrimonial home and wife knew that her husband has registered her PAN with the income tax website?

Hello Sir,
I am an engineering graduate and associated with a comapny under bond for first 18 Months, I have been performing well and was due for my Appraisal & increament in April End, but suddeny HR told there has been change in policies and you increament will now happen on July, but now again they are saying due to delayed submissions of ur rating forms we apologized for delay. I am quite grieved and unhappy with my Employer
My questions are:
1. Can company change the policy overnite without even intimating the concern person
2. They didnt roll out the policy for next three months
3. again they delayed the increament and promotion
I am really furiated and feel mentally Harassed, So Can I take any legal action against them, as I have started losing health as well as mental calm

I am from Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh.
I am planning to buy a flat in visakhapatnam. The owner of the property took a loan from a financier and they executed GPA sale by the owner on the name of the financier. Now the owner would like to sell the property and the GPA Holder ready to cancel the GPA Sale execution deed by mutual agreement of cancellation [The owner will repay the loan amount to the GPA holder cum financier]and the same document will be going through the register office and once the GPA cancelled by the registration office then in the next moment the original owner's name will be displayed in the EC and then the owner can register the property on my name.
This is what the plan the owner told me.
Please let me know can this be possible and can I buy that property and will there be any legal problem comes from the GPA holders in future or by the owner?
