I am a central Government Employee, MY Monthly Gross payment is 20,000.& net payement is nearly 17000/- After divorce How Much amount i have to give maint charges per month or One time Settlement to my Wife & Daughter who was living with my wife. And What are the other charges or Amount settlement has to be given .

1. If wife is working can't court ask or order for her salary/income/assets details from her? I asked this question cuz many times I have seen on this forum that husbands/victims are advised to gather and procure her salary and work details by RTI or other means. If Court can ask Husband's income and assets details why not from wife?
2.Wife came to court with Unclean Hands- What does it actually mean? Does it limited to when she hides that she is working? Does unclean hands also include: (a) if she disclosed less income/salary
(b) If she has come to court with oblige motive, of course husband has to prove it. like false 498a or DV.
3. Unable to maintain herself: unable to maintain herself means what. does it mean normal fooding, lodging, clothing and basic necessities and what if she is residing with her parents, or does it mean that she is unable to maintain herself in the manner in which she used to be at her husband's place (matrimonial house)? What If she is working and getting a good salary but 1/4th of husband's salary, is she entitled for same status?

I got married in 2008 and living in delhi and has a 2.5 year old son.On 7-march-14,my cousins marriage was in ludhiana and my wife told me that she wanted to go on 3-march-14 to chandigarh because she want to stay with her parents for some days and will attend marriage.She went on 3-march by shatabadi alongwith my son and ticket was booked by her online thru irctc portal on 25-feb-14.She also attended the marriage on 7th and went with her parents to chandigarh and told me that she will return in a week's time but she did not returned inspite of repeated requests.Reason being,she always wanted me to live separately from my parents and was playing in the hands of her parents.On 23-april-14,she filed divorce case against me in chandigarh under section-13 for cruelty and dowry harrasment and section-24 for child custody and maintenance.She is more qualified than me and was working from past 7 years and always threatened me that lawas are in favour of women and if i dont live as per her and her family wishes,she will file false dowry and divorce case and will intentionally leave the job and i have to give her alimony as well as maintenance and also she will snatch my child from me.
She has mentioned below major points in her divorce petition received by me:
1.She is saying that she and child was thrown away by us from our house on 3-march-14 and after that there was not communication between us whereas i have the ticket copy booked by her,what's app conversation where i m inquiring about her reaching safely and marriage pics with us.
2.She is saying that since i do not want to leave my parents and family that's why i have not acccepted job offer for chandigarh.
3.She is saying that i have only in the first year of marriage taken her for outing and do not take her for outing and movies which is again false.
4.She is saying that i never spended on her and child whereas i have medical insurance copies and also child delivery bills reimbursed by insurance company and i am insuring her and child since our marriage.
5.She says that i had eye on her salary and savings whereas she has good amount of saving as i never took any money from her and only once she paid my insurance premium which i had paid back to her by tranferring money to her account through netbanking.
I am spending for complete household expense and paying for electricity,water,etc by netbanking.
My lawyer in delhi has filed case under section-9 for RCR and has taken date of 29-november-14 whereas the date for section-13 case is 30-May-14 in chandigarh.
Please guide me what will happen in my case and is it a right decision by my lawyer to take date after 6 months.
Can I take action if I prove my wife's allegations wrong and file defamation case against her.

My son has paid a huge sum of earnest money to a property owner in mumbai to buy a flat. The owner has consented to give news paper advertisement calling for objections if any. However he has not signed any agreement for sale. The deal is done through a broker.
Now it is found that the builder(Not the flat owner ) had taken a loan of certain sums from banks while building this project by mortgaging. The release deed is not done.
The owner was TOLD ABOUT IT AND HE HAS NOT PROVIDED THE CLEARANCE.
when MY SON ASKED HIM TO RETURN THE EARNEST MONEY, the flat owner has termed my son as defaulter and says he will not return the earnest money.
Please advise action for recovery of money.

600 medical officers were absorbed in contractual posts by state govt in 2008. discrepency in the list was found and writ filed. the high court ordered fresh list to be prepared which led to subsequent absorption of 150 more medical officers in year 2014.the court was relaxant enough not to dismiss earlier doctors in case vaccancy was there. the querry is whether the new joinees are entitled to service benefits, arrear benefits, seniority benefits and etc as par those who had joined in 2008. what is the best possible relief for them, and are there any similar references of court orders.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My friend had been using the mobile services of a reputed telecom. Later she paid the dues and cancelled the services,and received the cancellation number for the same. Thereafter every month the company kept sending the bill with amount due as zero, though the services was cancelled, for which reply was sent with the cancellation number. Now they send a legal notice stating the bill amount as Rs.2068/-.

Mental abuse by wife
Hello,
I have being married less than a year and my married life is hard hit due to arrogant behavior by my wife, who mentally harasses me and my parents, we tried to talk her politely but she is not in a mood to listen. I her talks she just talks for herself and doesn't even bother other feelings.
When I was sick and was admitted in hospital she was enjoying with her parents and later when I was in my house, she did not even care to look at me, but later she started accusing me of not treating her properly.
Now due to company matters I am onsite, and now she quarrels me on skype and demands "handsome" pocket money for her.
She doesn't take interest in household work but instead stays in bedroom all the day, my mother does all the things...my parents are really fed up and cry when ever I call them.
She openly told me that she doesn't care about my career and wants me to shift to her parent's house instead.
I have left with no option but to think of divorcing her, as she is spreading false images for me and my parents.
Can you please help me on how to proceed with the filing for divorce in this case?
