As I understand that the existing Educational Institution is registered under Societies Act and now you wish to register it as Trust under Indian Trust Act. Right? Why do want to change the Registration?

Dear Jaggarao Sir,
in the year 2007, we created one educational institution and for that we created one trust deed having 05 trustees and also got alloted PAN no for the same. But still date we have not registered the same either under society or trust, now we want to register the same under indian trust act. Please reply in case you need any further information on this.

Thank you.

Since you have clearly state that there are 5 trustees, there is no doubt that you have to register under trust Act not under
Societies Registration Act. Hence, you may register the trust deed with the concerned District Registrar. If the Registrar is refusing to register the same on the ground of limitation/time barred. You may create trust amendment deed and register the same within the time.

Properly advised by expert Mr.Kamaraj on the subject, I endorse his views, you may follow it.
