Hello,
We are 10-15 members from a town panchayat (mettur dam, salem dt). In our village chits are very common. This way, a family in our village organised 'agent chit' and took leadership for conducting chit fund. we all cheated by them, they didnt settle many of us. Also that family has taken lot of debt within 6-7 months all over the village. Also they were member of many chit funds and took the money by placing bid at very early stage. From the past one year they cheated in chit funds and bought loans in our village. But they are not paying anyone and threatening people whoever asks.Also behaving very badly with bad words. and saying they have acid and pour on face who come and ask. So we all want to complaint together about this family fraud. Please help us with the procedure to file a proper case with court order. We are in need please..

Thanks to criminal nexus of police and MM criminal justice has turned in to a joke on public with hardly any conviction. What hurts most is the fact that even MM are involved and deliberately pronounce foul judgement which is later on set aside by Sessions Court. In recent news it was said High Court has no powers to act against such MM and only Govt. of Maharashtra can punish him. In such who need to be contacted CM , Governor or HM ? Pl. help as such nexus is a menace need to to be acted upon.

Sir,
I was charged under section 420 and 419 I.P.C. by my sister in a private complaint to take revenge on me. The case was given number and summon issued on the basis of uncertified xerox copy of deed with no documentary support claiming consideration. Till today the court is giving dates only. When I can file a discharge petition in the court.
Please kindly advise.

Dear Sir,
I am tax consultant.
One of my Clients (proprietor Company) has taken advance payment from German Company (about Rs 1.5 lakhs) for supply of goods. He has failed to supply, German Company has complained to embassy of India in Germany.
Embassy of India have sent email to Company to settle this issue.
I would like to know what kind of action embassy of India can take, (their powers), in such type of complaints. Whether they can send Police to house?

Govt. has spent huge some of money for setting up IT network for Mumbai Police and most police officer's name with their e mail ids. are on the website of police. A senior citizen has lodged several complaints but none were responded and acted upon ? What is the remedy for this situation. With due respect request serious responses only and not just time pass. It is a matter of social cause and police reform.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
(1)I filed an application for complaint case u/s 200 crpc. court record the statement of complainant and witnesses on oath and after that the court there is a prima facia case has been made out u/s 420, 467,468,471 & 120b summon to accused.
(2) accused came & grant bail on hon'ble court.
Please suggest by next step of process.

hello sir my mother's mother was has one flat in mumbai so now my grand mother is not in present(died)..and nobody is present in my mother's family except mother..so now we want to transfer that flat to my mother's name...what i have to do for that...i have asked mumbai's lawyer so they told us about L.A. can u tell me what is meaning of L.A. and approx how much rupees i have to spent behind this....pls guide me thank you....

after marriage my wife not allowed to have sex with me she gave some simple reasons for that.
after some months we had but in the approx 2years she dont allowed me to have not more than few times.

My SIL has filed the DV case too againt several family members and we all havee made one commom reply supported by affidavits.Now at the time of trial, after she lead her evidences, whether ist mandatory that all of the respondents shopuld lead our evidences and appered in witness boxes?
whether main respondent i.e husband witness will be sufficent to solve the purpose?
