C/c by passenger

Indian Railways Catering Tourism Corp (IRCTC) a fully owned subsidiary of Indian Railways conduct package tours (bharat darshan). The package includes, train journey, sightseeing, lodging boarding etc. In a recent concluded tour the train was delayed and reached the first destination of tour by more than 14 hours with the result the whole tour thereafter was adversely affected. Apart from it, there were other deficiencies /lapses. In One of the T&C, it is mentioned that I RCT shall not be responsible for delay of train. Whereas, it seem train was delayed deliberately to avoid night stay in hotel /lodges. Under these circumstances, do the District consumer Forum, have jurisdiction to hear complaint against Railways.?

Requirement of license u/r.gujarat poisons(regulation and control of sale and use of acid)rules,2014

Hello Sir,

The Govt. of Gujarat has recently published Gujarat Poisons(Regulation and Control of Sale and Use of Acid)Rules,2014. We are using some of the poisons, as mentioned under schedule-I of the said rules, in very small quantity in our laboratory for chemical checking purpose. But we are not selling any kind of poison as specified in the scheduled-I of the said rules. My query is that as per rule 4 of the said rules, whether we require to take license for possession of poisons in our laboratory. Because as per rule 4 of the said rule only sell or possession for sale any poison specified in the schedule-I requires license.

Regards,
Chetan Vyas

Dowry death

Hi sir, I am from Kanpur. actually my brothers wife died on 25 september 2014. actually no one was at home when this happened. when my mother came home from market she saw her hanging from fan and shouted for help and called my brother too. They took her to hospital where she was declared dead. as seen by my mother and other it seemed like it was suicide but postmortem report said it was murder so my bhabhi father filed a case of dowry death against my mother, brother and father. my brother and mother is in jail. The opposite party took 10lakhs RS to settle the case but now after taking money they did not withdrew the case. Now I want to know how it could be murder when no one was at home and if it is a murder then how to prove that we are innocent and let this case convert from dowry death to murder case so that real criminal can be arrested?? The problem is that postmortem says it as murder but we did not committed it....really need help we are completely destroyed

Want to release in proper way within notice period.

I have a problem with the resignation process in my current org. I have submit my resignation on 24th March, 2015 and request to release as early as possible. The letter also received and acknowledged by my IS. Since then, after discussing the matter with my IS and also with HR dept. till today 15th April, 2015, their answer are I have to stay the 3 months notice period. In my joining letter it is written " After confirmation, termination of employment by either party will be by giving three months notice in writing to the other or salary in lieu thereof. In the event of your giving notice of termination shorter than the above period, the company shall have its own discretion to adjust any leave due to you or recover you such amount from your due towards the shortfall in the notice period." According to that I have request them to adjust my all leave(89days PL) or prepare to submit salary of unserved notice period. But they does not agree. Now I have to released by 18th April, 2015 due to the joining to the next. Kindly suggest me what to do, because the Reliving letter and experienced certificate is valuable to me for future.
