Hi, I have been married to a girl via online matrimony site on 2nd may 2014, after few days of married i came to know that my wife was already married and apart from that she was having affair with another guy. when i started asking questions regarding her earlier marriage and divorce copy, she made some excuse and after 2 month left for her house. Soon after 3-4 days she along with her brother started demanding money if i need divorce. I refused to pay them, and they they started threatening to file 498a and DV case if i dont pay them money.
I later on went to her native place and started looking for her divorce in court. i did not find anything in gandhidham court, but i found a Deed of Divorce from notary office. i inquired with few people and they said its not legal divorce.
I have filed Null-void petition in court as marriage was not consumed and there was no physical relationship.
Meanwhile my wife has filed 498a 125, DV cases on my within a year. and apart from that a case on share in my property.
My question are
1:Can i challenge Deed Of Divorce and file any cheating case?
2: Can she still get share in my property even if she cheated in marriage. If So how can i challenge?
3: Somehow i manage to spoke to her x Husband but he is not ready to say anything on record, But he told he has paid 5lacs for settlement amount.
4: She is doing Job in School is she entitled for maintenance?

Hi All,
i want share something and ask about your views.
My relative was murdereports says that red his wife through poision. and police is sporting them. we have write the FIR in Rajasthan because case is related in rajasthan. police is trying to save that part because visra reports says that posion is found. when we try to progress report through court.progress report is not coming.
there SP(bharatpur)is saying that we are doing......but now nothing
now case is not in court last 2 year because boy was died in april 2013.
now that part is trying anticipatory bale from high court jaipur
what should i do ?

I am an occupier of a land about 30 decimal, wherein i have a kachcha construction upon 7 decimal and rest is bounded by bamboo sticks, and having well etc., from last 30 years. Now the house need repairing. I do not have any registered deed in my name, neither my name has been recorded in Record of Rights. I can show only that I am residing in this place for last several years. I dont know who is/was the owner, as record is not available. Only I know the name in which Record of Right has been registered, and that man has also died in 2010, and he has no wife or children.
Now I want to know :-
(1) Is it possible to change the Record of Right in my name ?
(2) Can I get a permission from gram panchayat for construction of new building on this plot?
(3) What are the other remedy available to me ?
Please advice.

My name is Srikanth. I completed my MPharmacy. I got a job in icici bank as assistant manager, got trained for 9 months at Bangalore. Later I got posted at Karnataka in sales field. I asked for role change as I had dust allergy. With out giving role change, instead extended my intern-ship for 9 months. After 6 months, they transferred me to Kerala. By showing sales as a reason, they sent me out of the system. I paid 4.2 Lakhs and moved out.
They no where mentioned that intern-ship is for 9 months. They didn't considered my request.
Kindly do justice to me.
I'm attaching the letter that I sent to hr. But I didn't received any response from corporate
I Lost my career by deviating the path. Now I became jobless because of these bank people's action.

I live in a housing society and have a reserved parking space for my car allotted by the society. The society has put boards in the parking lot that clearly state that parking is for members only and outside/visitor cars are not allowed to park. But visitors from the adjoining society park in my space whenever my space is empty. This creates trouble and nuisance when I have to park my car. When I confront them, they all give the same excuse that they didn't see the board and then fight.
Please suggest what can be done to stop any random person from parking their car. IS their a law for it?

Sir ,
I was emplyoed in a pvt.ltd.company as ASM .and i was resigned after 4 months after joining the group because my boss not satisfied with my performance and i have submitted NOC from my distributor as company required for my final settlement but main issue comes when my superstockiest is not giving NOC just because he has some igo related problem with me.
I wrote lots of mail for that to superstockiest but didn't not provide any proof of financial pendency againest me.and company official and hr.said to me that they required NOC from superstockiest to process my final settlement.
I am stuck there and did not understand what to do?
And all company official know that very well about this incident ,but they stretching this issue.
Kindly suggest me can i file a case in labour court against my company for not providing my FnF?
If yes, what documents required for filing case.

Sir, After two month of marriage I got a letter in which about my wife some facts were disclosed, which were intentionally concealed by her and her parents. the facts were found correct after investigation. the facts are- She is an accused with a person in fraudulent withdrawal of money by stealing a customer ATM. The case has been filed against her and the other accused by the bank and on her there are changes a/c IPC 420, 467, 468, 471. She is now on anticipatory bail.The case is in the court and there are chances that se may get punishment. Her general behaviour is also not good. Can I file case for voidable marriage for being concealment of fact. or should I go for divorce.

My grand mother has got a will registered, which does not contain the specific details of the properties. The will was executed in Nov 2013. However it says all the moveable and immoveable properties shall be transferred in my name (grandson) once she is no more. I would like to understand if this will is valid and will allow me to do the mutation of the properties basis this will. Please note that all the properties are ancestral properties with her name appearing in 7/12 extract and have been acquired prior to 2013.

Govt employee pursuing Law.
Dear Sirs,
Iam a govt servant studying law. Now in first year. I have joined a regular LLB. It is literally not possible for me to attend both my job and LLB classes at sametime. The college is relaxed on attendance matters.So I don't have attendance issues.
I intend to leave my job after I graduate.
Will my having done my course during service a problem while applying to bar and to practice incase somebody complains.?
