Flat Sale Agreement -Mother-In-law name first
, daughter second and son-in-law third.
Mother-in-law wants to transfer her share to her daughter who is second in agreement. Is execution of Relinquishment Deed the right way and what would the stamp and registration duty. Please advise/suggest. Thanks n Regards

dear sir,
i had fixed my 20000 rupee on 17-04-2001 through my brother who is a cashier in SBI BANK and he fixed my money in case of "either or survivor" with me and with him and then he gave me the original 'FD' document. the maturity of FD was 17-04-2008 and again it was renewed by me for 17-04-2015. but my brother broke my 'FD' himself on 03-02-2011 without my permission and without the original document that i was holding and transferred the amount in his own savings account without informing me. so i want to know is it legal or is this a case of misuse of authority. so i request you please help me what can i do.

i resigned my state govt job with my personnel problem and after 4
month i applied for my withdrawal of my resignation and same time when
i sending my withdrawal of resignation i find out that my resignation
letter had not been dispatched for headquarter with some official
problem ant it stayed till the date but my withdrawal of resignation
dispatched to headquarters by through proper channel.
no communication had been made till yet by my deptt.
i also send two reminder on the basis of my withdrawal of resignation
and to reume the service .
but after 10 month still no communication made.
so i filed RTI� in march 2015 with some question and they replied
after 26 days that my indian postal order is wrong because i write
payable to PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER,UTTAR PRADESH JAL NIGAM LUCKNOW
AND PAYABLE AT LUCKNOW
They replied that i have to payable for अधिशाषी अभियंता उत्तरप्रदेश
जलनिगम लखनऊ।।
so they refused to ans and ask for bribe 60000 rupees
what should i do for next please help me ...
and still today no iintimation regarding acceptance or any for my resignation and so it shows my rresignation is not aaccepted...

It is informed that we had taken a total amount of Rs 2,40,000/ as education loan from UBI Kannur branch under EWS scheme since the year 2010-11 to 2012-13 ie. @ Rs 80,000/- as one installment per year. My daughter was completed her degree course as B tech by Jun 2013. In view of the completion of moratorium period by Jun 2014, I had approached your branch and fixed Rs 4205/- pm as equal monthly installment for 7 years for re-payment of the loan amount of Rs 2,40,000/- which is outstanding at the end of moratorium period.
Now the has issued and notice asked me/ my daughter to pay Rs 25,207.89 as interest accrued since Jan 2015 onwards . It is not understood, because I have paid all the interest due from Jul 2014 to till date @ Rs 4205/- pm as EMI fixed at the end of moratorium period which was agreed to pay.
On approaching the UBI Kannur branch manager, he said that the outstanding amount was the interest accrued during moratorium period .
Kindly advise me further action

I love a girl and cant live without her and so does she. We have many moments with each other which is impossible us to forget. I want to marry her. But here is a problem- she is my Father’s Father brother's Son daughter. Both of us Maternal and Paternal grandparent are different. And our parents are against our relation. Her parents are looking groom for her and may fix her marriage with him soon. I do not know what to do. No one is with me to whom I can ask for help or even share my pain. I am in deep depression now. I cant live without her. I cant imagine my life without her.
So I am asking to all of you is there any way to agree them? We are in relation from paternal side not from maternal side. This relation is permitted in many hindus? If you have any link or you know any where in shastra or vedas mentioned that this relation is not prohibited please provide it to me so that she could argue to her parents. please help us please.

My wife threw me out of the house while I was out of town she filed for a divorce and got it. They claim they have sent a copy of it to me but I never recd it. Today they are not ready to give me any details like case no. etc. How can I get the judgement copy. Can anybody help me this is really important. If we require a lawyer for this then I need one in chennai.
Please help

Respected Sir, recently I have gone through old documents and learned that my father was adopted in 1946. Adoption was registered in sub-registers office with index. At the time of adoption, age of my father was 7 years. Hence, he was unknown about that. When he saw the documents regarding adoption, he shocked. In 1972 heir from adopted father's brothers daughters were stood and� became owner of the property. My question is that can my father claim the right of heir? Because as per tenancy act, adoption could not cancelled in any how condition. Next, in 1972 my father was 33 years. Can his adopting mother has legal right of distribution of property or again to stand new heir?

Reg: agreement between candidate and consultancy
Dear Sir,
Its regarding one of my friend visited consultancy A. They intimated to him states that if we placed you in a company you have to pay 50% from your salary to HR of that company. but my friend denied for that offer he said he can pay only consultancy fee of Rs 500. They agreed and they given form to sign in that they have mentioned if we placed you in a company you have to pay 50% from your salary. When he enquire that consultancy people said No Issues you dont have to pay 50% from your salary but sign in this form even he signed. But Now the issue is they are asking 50% from his salary but my friend is not ready to pay they are telling they will lodge a complaint. if they did means it will affect my friend career. kindly suggest me ASAP. meanwhile when we enquire in that company The HR Person says We are not charging any amount from candidate.
