if a charge sheet is filed in the court but charges not framed. the accused has got proceeding stayed from high court while challenging charge sheet. The matter pending before high court through criminal application u/s 482 CrPC.
In such circumstances can the accused person legally called guilty?

Hi..We had married before 3 years love cum arrange, our marriage not registered.
After 1.5 years of married life, many times she has fight with me and tried to pull matter up to sepration. One day without telling anything she went to her Father home and then from their told she will not come back.
Even if we tried to make her and her family to understand but they said we want divorse only.
Because of her and her family pressure, i have to take mutual consent divorse before 1 year by making Sepration Document which was on Rs.100 Stamp paper and notarised. We have given all their things, gold, money etc.return back. Everything is metioned in Divorse Agreement that it is mutually sepration and everything of her given back, waivr of Maintenance money right , no claim to each other, both can remarry, etc. and on that her and her father and mine and my father sign was there.We thought that Divorse Procedure over as marriage was not registered.
But after 1 year of divorse when i am planning for remarriage, we came to know about Decree to be obtain.
When we approach them , they are asking adhoc heavy amount of money to sign Mutual Divorse for Decree.
I dont want to delay remarriage.Now what should i do ?
1) Should i give them sum money to sign mutual divorse ? or
2) Should i remarriage without applying for Divorse as Notarised Divorse Agreement is there with me of before 1 year.
3) Should I file Petition for Divorse in Court ? If i file, whether curt can order for maintenance money to her and how much it can be ? she is also working and earning around Rs.12000 p.m. (she has done MBA and worked earlier also ) , I am earning Rs. 50,000 p.m. In approx how much time i can get Decree ? If i file , against that what they can file against me ?
Divorse happens because she wants , why should i pay anything after 1 year again. ?

Hi,
1. Is there a way to transfer my property (land, house, locker) to a person who is not at all related to me in anyway without paying any registration cost.The property has been bought by my money and not inherited.
2. In case i register my all property to this person who is not related to me, can it be challenged in court of law by my relatives (like brother, sister, their children)
3. What are the tax implications for the person who is receiving property from me

sir, I am join in the rank of Constable; cadre as General Duty on 15/02/2003 in pay scale 3050-75-4500 revised as PB-I-5200-20200 GP-2000 .
after completion of 10 year regular service got Ist financial up-gradation under MACPs in PB-5200-20200 GP-2400 on 15/02/13 and my pay had fixed @BP-8130 GP-2400 w.e.f.15/02/13 to 30/06/13 and re-fixed @ BP-8760 GP-2400 w.e.f. 01/07/13 but, meanwhile I was re-appointed as HC,Ministrial in PB-I-5200-20200 GP-2400 on 01/04/2013 after Technical resignation from previous post. but now my pay is fixed @ BP-8440 GP-2400 w.e.f. 15/02/13 and Date of Next Increment is 01/07/2014.
so that I loss my Annual Grant Increment for the year of 2013 which is granted on 01/07/2013 every year according to 6th CPC.
my question is :
How my pay will be fix on re-appointment after technical resignation on 01/04/13?
2. would my past service be count for further MACPs or Not ?

Sir recently in Bihar my caste(tanti) get included into sc category, earlier it was in obc category. So, can I apply in sc category in forth coming examinations of ibps and ssc? I am confused becz it was done by state govt. But in central list my caste is still in obc category.

dear sir/madam,
I have joined current company on 15th june 2015. now I want to resign.
Following is the statement given on the appointment letter;
"In case of terminating the services one month prior notice is to be given or one month's salary to be paid."
shall I just give the resignation letter and pack my bags???

Consumer complaint
I have purchased Intex Tablet including mobile in year 2013 which was under warranty for one year. During December 2014 Intex Tablet stopped working and I submitted for repairs at Intex authorised dealer and they told that its battery needs replacement which I agreed to replace the battery on payment. Now almost more than five months have passed but Intex authorised dealer is unable to replace the battery due to non availability in stock. Ultimately the Intex tablet is of no use without the battery as it cannot be operate even on power. This tantamounts to unfair trade practice as Intex company is not able to provide sales after service which is claimed by Intex Co. usually while selling their products. Kindly advice me that can I file consumer case against Intex Company for not providing battery of Tablet even on payment as without battery tablet is of no use.
