I am a senior citizen aged about 72. My daughter in law was living with my son in a saperated house at different district. They has last resided together on year 2012. On year 2016 my daughter in law file a false 498 A to harrash my family. Police did not call me & even did not send any notice to me & also police did not visit my residence.
My daughter in law did not mention any single specific event against me & my wife.None of the wittiness did not state any allegation against me & my wife.
The case is filed after FOUR year of saperation. She has threatened us to file false 498A case against us & the matter of such threatening was intimated to police in writing in year 2013 & the receipt copy is with me.
I have write letter to DG & CP of police to delist my name from Chargesheet there is no ingredient of 498A against me & my wife & 498A case might not be filed after FOUR year of saperation. Also my wife was passed away on such tremendous mental tension. I have also asked DG & CP to punish culprit as per law for misuse of legal arm & state administration.
If higher official did not take appropriate step can I approach High Court / SC to quash proceedings against me ?

I had purchased agriculture land in which one small tar road is going occupying my land space of 5 guntha (5000 sq.ft.) and dividing my land. Don't know if this road is mentioned or not in village map.
I am not able to use the land as a whole single piece and not able to cover / fencing of land as I cannot fence road, road blocks.
I am unable to sell land due to this road.
Please guide what is way out.
1. Is there any benefit that I can get from gram panchayat as road occupies my land.
2.Can I demand other place / land against my existing one.

Building society has not been established since last 4 years and they never shared audit and maintenance receipts what action should we take on the committee members. they pressure on us to pay maintenance otherwise they will disconnect water connection Please suggest whom to contact and will took correct action on them Please suggest for any action from registrar.

Can the petitioner in a probate proceedings put portion of property on rent. The property has been given bequeathed to the petitioner vide registered Will. If petitioner let's out the property then what happens.

hello experts, I have a piece of land KAISERE HIND in front of my house which is registry by someone. It is kesar hind and has been in our posession for a over 100 years now. he want to construct a Market on that. However he is letting construct it. Can I go to court and get a stay, if I go against with the construction? I want to know what can I do? I guess, as it is kesar hind it cannot be considered our ancestral property. Thanks.

I signed a bond with my Indian employer Atos, before coming abroad. The bond suggests that I have to pay 5 lakhs if I leave the company any time while my stay at abroad.
There’s this backend process here with which I have first resigned from the company and joined the same company as a contractor through a consultancy. I’m still associated to Atos but as an external employee now, not a direct one.
It’d been approx. 5 years and some months that I stayed with Atos before resigning. In this amount of time, they must have already recovered whatever amount they have spent on my training, Visa, etc. My question is, can this be a good argument for discussion on negotiation or do I still need to pay the full amount?
I’ve already received legal notices (emails as well as paper, on my home address in India).

dry balcony,terrace and enclosed balcony not mentioned in index 2 but in agreement complete area detials in given about each. I am buying this flat on resale. The original agreement is betten builder and seller. My lawyer is suggesting correction deed to include dry balcony, enclosed balcony and terrace in index 2. Seller is denying saying it is mentioned in detail in agreement.
What legal remedies i have except forefit of transaction?
